Didn't use the tool to smooth them out. Didn't attempt to fix either. Didn't clean up under the nails. Not a single hand massage. Not a drop of hand lotion after. Honestly, this place was one of my worst experiences, I'm 45 years old. Terrible. Owner shouldn't hire techs like the one I got. What I had done usually takes at least 2 hours, ANYWHERE. So nice to have a technician pay attention to their customer, instead of distracted looking at the door, tv, or phone. I had a very negative experience with my last salon visit. The nails were trimmed so much that I swear he was cutting at the root. It was so painful. Patricia was very attentive and the whole experience was painless. Her salon is well organized and clean.
