I took the black car service to SFO from Cupertino. My driver came 5 minutes early, and he was great. 5 stars!! I hired them again to take me home from SFO. I waited over 30 minutes as my driver was waiting 10 minutes outside of the airport, but experienced traffic coming in. I know they can't wait at SFO, but the whole point of hiring a car service is to avoid the wait. I was tired, jet lagged and grumpy from the travel... And it was raining I was tempted to jump into one of the many readily available taxis... He brought my luggage up the stairs and was super apologetic, so I ended up tipping extra as I imagine it wasn't so great for him either (waiting, traffic and the fact my flight was late). I would use them again as the cars were always clean and the service was good. I'd say 4.5 stars for the slightly neg experience. read more

I needed a transportation for the airport so I start googling. I found this company through yelp. I read couple of reviews but I thought since they are so good maybe they might be too busy. But I still made a phone call. Gary answered the phone and made the reservation. He advised the pickup time at 4:00am to make sure that I am at the airport on time. He came on time. The vehicle was very neat and tidy. He was very friendly and professional. I felt very safe with his driving. We arrived there safe and on time. Caution! I just tried to contact this company via the "contact form" on their website and the site crashed 2x. I think emailed them at both addresses they provide on the site, and both bounced. Just for fun I decided to call to tell them all this; the phone rang, then I heard an answer, then was cut off immediately. They are organized, efficient, and extremely competent and have an excellent rapport with people around them on account of being all the things mentioned above. Booked a pickup from home at 8:15 AM for a ride to San Jose airport. The driver called at 8:15 to say that he was waiting outside the San Jose terminal. There was also complimentary bottle water on the back seat. I didn't drink the water, but I appreciate the considerate gesture. My returned flight was delayed for a couple of hours and the arrival time well passed midnight. However, Gary still arranged a car upon short notice.
