Not only are their prices higher than others in the area, their customer service is terrible! Also had them out to see about a potential leak in the bathroom and they charged $175 to run the shower and flush the toilet a few times then said there's no leak and couldn't tell where the water was coming from. When I questioned the charges, they locked our account from rec'g any service in the future. Would definitely NOT recommend!

This time I called Hanson's when my boiler had an issue. Kyle walked in to my furnace room, knew exactly how to fix it, and then fixed 2 other issues too, including a gas leak. The installer would have come multiple times without fixing the issue and charged me for his guys sitting in their truck smoking while "conferring with the experts". I am now a Hansons customer for life!
