Oleg did some testing on the furnace and got it running for the time being, but confirmed it was on the way out and the A/C had a leak. The system was 30 years old original to the house, so time to replace. Got another appointment a few days later for a full replacement of our entire downstairs HVAC setup. He and his team arrived on time and six hours later we had both hot and cold blowing air available again. I paid good money for this man and his team to install a new AC unit both in the attic and the outside unit. At first I thought all went well. As soon as the team left. The AC did not kick on. I had to call him to return, they forgot to flip some switch apparently. Ok, no harm no foul. Well, not even an hour later after the AC turned off, drainage water started spilling out of my secondary pipe, not the primary drainage pipe, but the back-up pipe in my laundry room. That pipe was just a pipe sticking out of the wall so I had water all over my laundry room floor and it damaged my drywall. I tried calling back, from that point on, to present day, I got ZERO answers and ZERO RESPONSE from this company. I called. Texted. Left voicemails. Eventually the voicemail box was full. Never heard back at all. This company came with a 10year warranty on parts and labor. Bullcrap, if you can never reach them to fix the problem they created. I had to install a hose, route it to my washing machine drainage (which is not the proper way to do this), and patch up and repair all my drywall out of pocket. This was in the summer of 2025. Well, come winter of 2025, we kick on the heat and guess what, NO HEAT. Not even a fan turning on. It just says it's on but nothing is happening. So I call, text, voicemail is full, email!! NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!! We just sucked it up for the winter and let it be. Now, summer of 2026, I just had to call a different HVAC company out to get ahead on this heater issue before the winter comes, and he realized all my drainage job was poorly done, the emergency pan in the attic is full of water, and the wiring was incorrect. Now I'm paying another company out of pocket to fix Faith's trash installation job because they won't respond to their customers and honor their warranty. !! I got someone over within the next hour. Put 3 lbs of violent in and chested me $85 less than I paid Nicholas Sire in March. The company had gone downhill since they moved into an office from their home. Well, guess what Donna I am replacing the unit in a few weeks and you won't be getting my business for that or anything else. You should learn to treat loyal customers better and with more respect.
