This is not the first issue l've had with him. His service feels inconsistent, as he seems to pick and choose which customers receive his attention and friendliness. It is extremely disappointing, especially because the rest of the staff is always welcoming and professional. I truly loved this place, but after repeated experiences like this, you have lost a loyal customer. Management should seriously consider retraining him on proper customer service.

The MRE shakes here are around $5 and taste great. You can get 3 for about the same price as one from this place. Not worth it. I should mention this place is inside Golds Gym of Smithtown.
