The delivery company called left a message and a date they were gonna deliver my $3000 plus bar set. They never spoke to me. I called when I got off work and left a message for them to call me back after working hours tomorrow. They never called me back. They delivered my merchandise while I was not at home. They gave my merchandise to contractors that was at my house. The contractors thinking they were helping me out, placed the bar in my unfinished garage with no doors and no protection from moisture. There were several holes in the boxes and scratches and different places on my bar. My merchandise sat in the garage outside for almost 2 weeks until they could come out again to put it inside my house, which is what I paid for. I am now in a lengthy negotiation with 1StopBedrooms.com trying to get compensation and repairs on my bar. read more

Here's my story... I purchased a vanity from Home Depot back in May that was delivered with mold. Since then, they put me in touch with your company to have the vanity picked up and returned so that I can be refunded. That's where my nightmare began. I received an email to confirm my return via phone or email, which I did, using both methods. I never received a call to schedule. Home Depot opened the case with NSD again - same thing. This has happened for a total of FOUR times. I have called your company's number at multiple occasions - it's impossible to get through to a real person. In the few occasions that I did, I was told dispatch in my location was closed for the day. This was one at 11am. How is that possible? Home Depot representatives have put me on hold and tried to contact your company - most times unsuccessful. When they have, they are told that they will call me back. Never do. I have confirmed my phone number multiple times and answered every single time my phone has rang from any number since May hoping it to be NSD calling. The most frustrating part is that Home Depot is being lied to and told that I have not answered their calls. When the truth is, they haven't once tried to call me. Last week, a rep from NSD said they would let a supervisor know. A few days went by and nothing happened. I called Home Depot again last Thursday and a rep there got in touch with one of your reps who said that they would escalate this and investigate. They said I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours. It's now Tuesday and I'm sure by now you are not surprised to know that I haven't heard from anyone. It's come to this point where I feel the need to contact you to let you know how disgusted I am with this service. It's not only embarrassing for your company, but embarrassing for Home Depot. I checked their website and it's just been sitting since December 11th at their terminal in my town. I "chatted" with their support staff because I couldn't find a local number and they told me it would be delivered today between 9am and 1pm. I paid $25 JCP for "Haul Away" yet when the two delivery person arrived they refused to provide the service I paid for stating the box spring was "stained". They could not provide any written documentation that they have restrictions on condition of items hauled away. I have not yet been refunded for the service I did not receive. I will pay again for "haul away" service if the staff of this company are not going to "haul away" and get to decide if they are going to provide a service that's already paid for and have NOTHING in writing regarding their policies. This is my first time writing a Yelp review. Normally I'm too busy but I feel compelled based on my experience with NSD. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. My package is 1 day late. Upon calling them to inquire the representative was rude and dismissive and told me that someone would let me know in 24-48 hours when my package would be delivered. Basically that my package would be 3 to 4 days late and there was nothing they could do about it. The thing is, they confirmed that my package had arrived at the local distribution center in my area. So my package was local but it would take them days after the date I was given to deliver it. That's horrible! More importantly, the representative was rude as hell. She was annoyed that I was questioning their acute incompetence. They don't deserve one star. They really couldn't care less! Based on all the other reviews, this is the norm! The most horrible customer service and delivery service I have ever had to deal with...and I'm still missing my 70 lb vanity top. They never called like they said they would 30 min prior to delivery. Someone was home all day and there is no ring doorbell footage of any delivery. Yet their tracking and manager, Robert Hollis, said it was delivered. They can't provide any proof it was delivered. Hmm a little sketchy that you can't prove it considered all major delivery services now take pictures for these type of situations. Their customer service is a complete joke and utterly useless. Here are some of my favorite responses I received (verbatim): Kelsey: "so per Danny at the warehouse had advised the manager is aware and is going to call you today and come by your house after speaking with you of course" (never received that phone call) Ali: "you can reach a supervisor at this email extramile@shipnsd.com" Me: (I questioned this since it was a generic email and not manager specific) Ali:"ok hold let me if I can get you a supervisors emails. Like a better one" "Ok I just talked to my supervisor he said that is the email" I really wish I was exaggerating but this is the absolute worse experience I have ever had with a company. I would have been better off driving hours away to a Home Depot that had it in stock than waste hours and hours with their incompetent customer service to try to track it down. If I could give them zero stars I would!! Home Depot needs to find someone else to provide delivery service for them!! We had a shower door delivered by NSD. We paid $85 for "Threshold Delivery" inside the first entryway. What we found was they left it outside on our concrete porch in freezing weather face down/flat, hanging off the porch about 2 feet over the stairs. We found that it was delivered when we walked out to get the mail. It weighs aprox 300lbs. No call, no knock, no doorbell. We paid for the inside delivery because my husband just had knee replacement and could not help move it. One end of the box was torn open. I called NSD and all they told me was to contact Home Depot for a refund on the shipping charges. Trying to contact NSD was a chore in itself, after 16 min their phone system hung up on me. 35 min wait in a chat window finally got me a person who told me to call Home Depot for a refund. They didn't want the photos I took of the box hanging off my porch or the damaged end. Again call Home Depot if there is damage for a replacement or refund. NSD is a horrible delivery service. Don't use them. They delivered toilets I bought from Home Depot. I had no choice on the delivery service, I guess NSD is the service Home Depot uses...they should switch. Anyway, the first delivery they broke one of the three toilets they delivered. Then, when they delivered a replacement toilet a month later, they where supposed to delivery it inside my home but they left it at the curb. Also, they are supposed to call 30 minutes before they deliver. I never got a call. When I realized they left the toilet on the curb, I tried to get them to come back by calling Home Depot and NSD. We ordered two items from amazon (a shed and a pool table). The items never come on time but often a week or more later while NSD agents (if I'm able to reach them) have no way to track my item or even predict when it will arrive. Even a week or more later they have scheduled delivery appointments (via text) that they missed without an apology. Finally, when they do arrive they refuse to place the item inside the doorway (as expected per Amazon purchase) and the item arrives damaged (sometimes beyond repair). This is the worst delivery company I have ever interacted with. Ordered a table from Lowe's and was given a delivery date. It was "out for delivery" and they made no delivery attempt. I called them 5 times over the course of a month and could never reach a human. When I select the option to get a callback, I never get a call back. A full month after it was out for delivery, I got a text to confirm another delivery time, it then said "out for delivery" again but the same thing happened -- they never delivered it. Waited at home all day both times. Lowe's apparently has no way to get in contact with them either. The men delivering the item had NO GLOVES or anything to clean their hands from the FILTHY packaging when removing the mattress from the plastic wrapping. Very Very bad experience with NSD: On 06/14, I ordered this: 113-5746789-5754650, it's a prime product, it said the delivery will be on 06/25, I accepted this. The delivery didn't arrive on 06/25; From 06/26 to 06/30, I checked every day except Sunday, both Amazon and NSD all indicated: "Out for delivery, delivery scheduled for today between 1:00pm to 6:00pm", that's a wrong message; After checking the delivery status, every day I called NSD customer service, the answer: "we don't generate those messages, Amazon put the messages there, those are wrong messages, no delivery is scheduled today for you"; When I ask NSD for an estimated delivery date, the answer: "we don't know, we call center can't contact our dispatch center, we can't help you, you have to wait, our dispatch center will call you 24 hours before delivery"; The above aren't the customer service I expect to experience with Amazon, I feel sorry that Amazon chose this service provider. Delivery guys showed up, opened the truck, looked inside, then closed the truck and drove off. States we were not home for the delivery, they never knocked on the door. Then we were told they will reschedule in 48 to 72 hours, that never happened. Chat people were very rude and disconnected if we asked for a new ship date. Received a replacement from Amazon after about a week of no response. Then they said they were going to deliver it sometime in January. We told them to cancel the delivery, they said they did. A couple of days later that delivered the package without knocking on the door and placed the 300lb package against our garage. I was told that I would be contacted prior to the delivery to schedule an appointment Since I work I needed to be home. Instead I received a text stating they would be arriving with my treadmill to deliver and put together in 30 minutes. No one had contacted me to schedule that day. It was fortunate that I could be home when they arrived because they came from another state 3 hours away. This is definitely not good service. Later that day when I tried my treadmill I realized the fan was extremely loud. But the people who put it together are too far away to come check it out.
