We ordered a chair online that was being shipped through NSD. I've never had anything else shipped through them, so I didn't know what to expect. When I paid for the order, I paid extra to have the chair brought into the house. I checked on order updates regularly and never saw any movement. Per the email's that I received I was going to get a phone call to schedule a delivery. Today, 10/11/23 I returned home around 11:00am to find a large box in my carport. When I looked at it, it was my chair. I looked at the history on my doorbell camera and saw a delivery truck pull up and a delivery person unload the box at 8:40am. The person never approached the door, much less ring the door bell. When I contacted NSD I was connected to Anna G. After I confirmed all of the shipping information, she advised me that she didn't believe my item had shipped yet. I then told her that my laptop, which I was communicating with her was sitting on the box with their shipping label and tracking number on it. She said that she would have to put in a request to the local hub to get the status of my shipment and couldn't do anything else for me until then. I guess I'm moving it in myself. read more

This is possibly the WORST carrier I've ever dealt with. Scheduled delivery was for 12/2. No call, no show. Called their phone, no response. Clicked their online chat, no agent available. The next morning 12/3 they apparently "attempted delivery and was unable to deliver". It wasn't in the scheduled delivery window, they didn't call me beforehand, they didn't call me when they were here. I'm convinced they never even came. Tried contacting them through phone and chat once more, no response again. I hope Amazon fires this carrier. Worst carrier in existence. read more

What a horrible company. I had something delivered by home depot on 1/12/2022. It was broken (bathroom vanity) when dropped off. I called the next day and HD said they would schedule a pickup. Here we are on 02/22. I am on my FOURTH call to HD. I have emailed and called NSD probably 10 times and have not had human interaction once. HD called them when I was on the phone and could not reach them also. Just canned responses. I dont know how people like this say in business. read more

I ordered a some garage boxes from a company called New Age Product, I was so excited when they were shipped with NSD. Then the issues started. NSD has the worst customer service(or lack there of) I have ever seen. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call multiple times and no one answers or returns call. They have my cabinets and their website keeps saying "weather delay". We had a little bad weather over a week ago but since it is almost 80 degrees and some of the best weather we can experience. I am so frustrated with the lack of communication coming from NSD. This is the worst experience I have ever been a part of. read more

Quite possibly the worst run company on the planet. Should have negative 5 stars. My bathroom project has been on hold for a month because the first one was delivered damaged and now NSD has been sitting on the 2nd for an entire week and will NOT respond to email request, will NOT perform the automated call back when you try to call and will NOT respond to Lowes reaching out to them either. Had a delivery of my Nordictrack treadmill. The 2 guys were nice, polite. They did clean up the trash and took away the packaging. I paid for "white glove" delivery to include delivery and complete set up. Once they left, I noticed a piece of the equipment was hanging off and not assembled correctly resulting in a broken piece. Called them within 1 hour, sent photos directly to the same guy. He told me someone would call ne back that day. Of course no one called. I sent a message again the following day, and zero response again. Not impressed. The piece was not attached correctly, it was not broken in delivery, was broken during assembly, which again I paid extra. Worst delivery experience ever. Called to cancel an Amazon delivery of a 75 inch TV which I was assured would happen. Had Amazon call there when I noticed the shipment was still moving along. They assured Amazon it was canceled but they kept it moving along. When I called again, they told me the driver would call 30 minutes prior to delivery and I could refuse the package. As an added measure, I left a note refusing the delivery on my front door. Driver never called and ignored note on the door. My wife was home at the time and tried to speak to the driver and they ignored her and drove off. Now I have a huge TV that Amazon has to send a different carrier to come get a week from now. What a pain when they could have just sent it back in the first place. Seems obvious it must be easier for them to do a 'dump and run' than to return an item to the sender. read more

I guess I'm the odd one out of these bad reviews. We had a great experience with NSD. I had a treadmill delivered via Amazon and everything was flawless. They called to say they were able to deliver 2 days earlier than expected (awesome!). I received a text 30 mins prior to the delivery and they delivered on time. They were very careful about getting it up the stairs w/o any damage to my walls. No issues at all and I'd have no problem knowing I had another delivery from them. The delivery driver back their truck through my garage door and left without notifying me, as they had my number because they called to tell me they were there. I have it on my Ring camera. The company has failed to reach out or reply to my emails, I've called multiple time and left call back number and still haven't received any back. If it wasn't for Andrew H; the customer service rep; this rating would be lower. Andrew went the extra mile to ensure the root of the problem was identified and worked with us to find a resolution. After a missed delivery, I contacted customer service twice to figure out the reason for the missed delivery and to reschedule. While both service reps were professional on the phone and did their job, I didn't feel that they truly cared about my satisfaction on as a customer. I actually informed the second representative that we would not be available for a next day delivery between 4-8pm. But still received a call and email later that day requesting confirmation for a 4-8pm delivery. I immediately requested to speak to a rep and was put in contact with Andrew. Andrew immediately diagnosed the reason for the missed delivery (delivery truck went to the wrong house/address). At that point Andrew began working a resolution that fit into our work schedule. First mattress came soak and wet. I don't know whose fault that was. Second mattress delivery was a No-show between 1-5 and no one bothered to call me. Since it was Friday, no one answered my call and they were closed for the weekend but I left a message. No call back and I called at 9:10 am on Monday morning. No answer but they showed up unexpectedly at about 11 Monday morning. what if I wasn't home? Literally the worst delivery company I've ever seen! Let's go back a couple months.... ordered a part for my truck through Amazon which uses NSD for their large shipments. Package showed up 2 days late and damaged. Okay, no big deal. So I return the item and order a replacement. NSD then doesn't show up on the scheduled delivery date. After repeated calls where I'm told that they never received the product I was able through amazon to reschedule the delivery. Guess what??? They didn't show up on that date either. Now, 6 weeks later I'm still waiting. So Amazon calls NSD and they said they lost the package. Amazon then cancels that order and reorders me another item. 2 days later, completely unannounced NSD shows up with the item they "lost". Guess what... it's damaged. Luckily (or so I thought) I had already ordered a replacement as we thought the item that was just delivered was "lost". That package shows up 1 day late and you guessed it... damaged. Frustrated I order the item for the fourth time through Amazon. I get a delivery date scheduled for today between 9am and Noon. Guess who didn't show up? That's right! NSD! And once again they're saying that they've yet to receive the package at their facility and nobody seems to know where it is or when I can expect it. All told NSD has not shown up on the scheduled delivery date 4 times and has delivered 3 damaged packages. I originally ordered this item on November 1st 2019 and it is now January 8th 2020. This company SUCKS!!!! I purchased a Pro Form treadmill with assembly at delivery. No one contacted me about when the delivery would happen. Then one afternoon my wife went out to get our mail and notice a large box in our walkway. It was the treadmill which was dropped off without any notice and with ZERO communication!!! It was to be assembled at delivery and I paid an additional cost to get this done. I tried to contact the delivery company (NSD) to find out any info on what was happening. Ordered a bike from nordictrack on December 14th, with guaranteed delivery before christmas. Checked the status on the 23rd, shipment was in the area. Going on 2 weeks now no bike. Called several times Dec 23rd, 26th, 27th..finally got a hold of someone and they stated thst they would put a rush in and and someone would get back to me...no one did. Spoke to someone on thursday jan 2nd after receiving 5 automated emails prior stating they been trying to get a hold of me and to provide a good number so they can reach me. They put me on hold said they were speaking with the local shipping agent and set up a delivery for monday Jan 6th between 1pm and 4pm. Received a phone call and text on the 3rd from the local shipping agent to set up a delivery on Jan 7th. Was told by the local agent that no one from nsd called them yesterday. I emailed NSD directly and no one has gotten back to me as well. Very disappointed with this carrier, would not recommend them, their customer service is sub par and do not follow through on what they say. This company was used by Sony to exchange a defective 65" TV in my home. The driver arrived during the specified window & called about 30 minutes before to let me know he was coming. The new TV was assembled in a manner different than what was detailed in the instructions, which was a bit concerning as I watched, but everything came together ok. Pat's response is as empty and devoid of service as the rest of the company. No telephone support. Phone numbers that no one answers, that finally have a bot hang up on you, after assuring you that you will be called back. The call never comes. No chat support. A chat function on their website that seems to be unmanned. No email support. Multiple emails to their customer support - remain unanswered. What a nightmare after opening the box to the headboard. The required holes were not drilled from the factory for the mattress rails. Rather than box it all back up again and arrange shipping, I drilled them myself. Took me half the day to make sure all was right before drilling on a new headboard, but I pulled it off. Quality these days is mostly particle board junk and they charge you top dollar. Buyer beware. read more

Worst company EVER. I was told my furniture would be delivered in Oct. Got a text during the workday on a Thursday in sept AT 3:45 that it was being delivered 2-6 on Fri. Less than 24 hours on a work day to get rid of my old furniture and be available. Got off work and arranged for someone to be at my house at 1:00 to get the old furniture. This truck showed up at 12:15. Horrible. I had old furniture in the way, new furniture was blocking the path to get rid of the old. I'm 61, I can't move couches alone.
