However, she did better and called me back to ask if she could send a technician within 30 mins. (Yay!!) I was inside my home with temp at 87 degrees. Mike and Tarion were professional as they diagnosed the issue. Mike did a great job explaining to me what the problem was and confirmed my warranty information. He also took pictures from the attic to show me what was going on with the coil. I was given a quote for the work. This is where I didn't quite understand why it was so pricey given Chat GPT was providing the average cost much less. I spoke with Tony, and he provided the breakdown for the estimate for the labor cost. The two men were good and I appreciate Drew and Sam for their hard work and willingness to make sure all my questions were answered. They were professional and friendly and very nice guys. They were quick because it took 2.5 hours to complete the job. Because of that, I overlooked the very expensive labor fee. :-) I would give the company a five star if I felt they showed complete transparency with their labor fees per hour. I know most companies do not want to disclose that information, but this provides the consumer with a sense of respect and not being taken advantage of the situation. I feel this would be a fair. All that to say is, I am happy to be back in a cool home. I now have a home warranty. All I pay is a deductible. :-)

Overall, they have caused me to miss/leave work multiple times to meet them in hopes they will fix it that time. I'm tired of being hot and frustrated. They serviced it and cooled us off for the sweltering weekend. They would not even let me pay for the service call at that time since they thought we were going to need a new unit soon. Had to have them back shortly and they installed a new heat pump in place of our dying AC. The heat pump that Tom recommended cools our home very well and has drastically cut our heating bill in the winter just as Tom said it would. They know their stuff they are honest, hard-working and respond quickly when you need them. Just had another AC and coils replaced at a different house and they saved us from another heat wave in superhero fashion. They are very fair and pricing is more than reasonable. They stand behind their work and they get it done quickly. I think from all of my interactions with them over the past few summers that I can actually call Tom a friend not just my AC guy.
