I made an appointment, confirmed via text, and drove to the office. During the pandemic, you're required to call when you arrive and they'll let you into their space. I called, they said they had tried to reach me to see if I wanted an online appointment instead and if I'd rather do that. Was very confused because I was literally asking them to open the door for me, standing AT THEIR OFFICE. They let me in, but it felt like they didn't want me there. When I got there I waited like 3 minutes (I think I was the only customer) for the doc to see me. My consultation was on laser hair removal but dr.anu quickly let me know I was not a good candidate (apparently you have to be super hairy with thick dark hair). It was literally a 5 minute interaction and then I left. On one hand I nearly felt it a waste to have come to the office, but on the other, I appreciated that she was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything. I'd say based on the consultation alone, I didn't really find this place comforting or friendly at all. However, it might have just been because of the pandemic? They offer a lot of spa services and definitely were the most responsive out of the multiple med spas I called. Their prices seem fair and they also had the best reviews, so I'd still recommend giving this place a try.

i finally caved and came here for a lash lift, and my technician Tran T was incredible. i've been…read moregetting lash lifts from a different place for several years now (thread bar), but decided to change it up after never being fully happy with my lash experience. while definitely more expensive, Tran did such an incredible job with my lashes that i don't think i can go to anyone else. she was so patient and sweet, and explained everything about lash lifts (and also about lash extensions since i inquired). she was very knowledgeable and made sure i felt comfortable. i never knew there were so many different types of lash lifts, my old place never gave me a choice in curl. i feel like this experience truly opened my eyes to what a good experience should be like.
