Really the NU Cafe is a perfect place! Here you goes find good coffee and tea, juice ans smoothies and sure, delicious foods (the muffins are perfects). Low their food, great choices of meals made from Whole Foods which are really fresh. I've only eaten the acai bowl and Buffalo kale chicken wrap but, neither disappointed. I need to update my review unfortunately. As of late (past couple months or so) Nu Cafe has been decidedly under staffed it seems. As a result my order is incorrect almost every time. When it's done right the food is still great, but multiple times now I've received the wrong drink or food, the wait time has gone up, and once the order was forgotten all together until I went up to ask about it. Cleanliness has gone down hill as well. Original: No complaints here. Friendly staff, great coffee and food, little wait time and a nice atmosphere. Went to Nu Kitchen for the first time last Monday so many vegetarian and vegan options thar are not an after thought it was great. the reason I only give 3 stars. I was seriously over charged i was charged for a bottle of wine $24.99 instead of a glass. Place was extremally busy so i checked i text receipt when i got home. Since then I have emailed them twice on there website and emailed the owner no one has even acknowledged the emails. hence the low rating. I will not be going back and unfortunately the thing that will come to mind when asked about this place my first response will be that they over charged and do not respond, then i may mention the food. read more

Ordered delivery from NU using foodler yesterday and was not overly impressed. Tried the Avocado Honey Goat cheese sandwich, and opted to add bacon (which was a menu option presented to me in the app). Unfortunately, I wasted $2 because no bacon was to be found on the sandwich. It was still very good without it, but would have been better with it! The coffee was good, and the chocolate chip cookie was one of the best I've ever had! The berry smoothy my friend got was great also. However I added 2 bagels onto the order to meet the delivery requirement, thinking they would come as whole "as is" bagels and we could use them for breakfast at a later date. They came toasted and with CC. Nowhere did it say this on the ordering app. It simply says, "bagel" or "muffin" so you have no idea what kinds they have or how they prepare them. Next time, I won't order delivery.. too much of it is unknown. I would give them another shot though, if I'm ever in the area and can physically go inside. read more

Absolutely love this place! It kind of makes me wish I lived in Worcester or maybe that they'd open one closer to me! I usually get either a Snickers or Milky Way latte to drink - both are delicious!! Smoothies are great too, the Good Morning one is a favorite. They also have a small selection of beer and wine from local places which is pretty cool. Their chocolate chip cookies and muffins are sooo good, especially if you're lucky and get them fresh out of the oven! The website was easy to navigate, and the food was ready by the time we got there about five minutes after ordering. I love the NU Kitchen but I feel like every time I come here, despite the quality of the local ingredients and health toward menu, I'm always left slightly disappointed. Not enough to stop coming or to knock off even more than just one star, but enough to mention. For example, I got a 'Mean Greens' juice and the chunks of avocado would get caught in the pasta straw. A weird combination. Also weird for a chunky juice. Sometimes ingredients are missing as well. But the quality of the food, and wonderful menu, are worth coming to see. I eat at Nu about once a week. I used to eat at a local spot that served all organic and healthy food but they had to close their doors so Nu was a great substitute. The atmosphere is great, always busy and with people just doing their thing and on their computers. Everyone there (Staff) is really nice and friendly. They serve a few drink items I enjoy that are really hard to find and not found anywhere else in the city. A friend and I were passing through Worcester one morning and wanted to grab some healthy food locally. We ended up here and were pleasantly surprised. Walking in it has a coffee-shop esque vibe to it with people ordering in line but was a little more than that. I had the Oahu Açaí Bowl, and my friend had the avocado toast with an egg on top. The açaí bowl was nice, light but really filling and satisfying. My friend had the avocado toast and it was definitely tasty.
