A brand new and renovated space! Plush, gorgeous interior!

This hole in the wall place is a gem. Run by a couple who serve their patrons themselves. Beautiful renovated space with plush seating and instagram worthy interiors. There's also outdoor seating! The first bites flight where you get mini versions of breakfast favorites like pancakes and waffles is such a good idea - don't need to get stuffed on a large serving anymore! They were very flexible and customized our food according to our needs. They also have gluten free options! Amazing. I'm surprised this place doesn't have a line out the door. Probably only cos people don't know about it yet!

Very new breakfast spot! Decided to check it out, and got the loaded homefries off of the specials menu and they were phenomenal. i think about them all of the time. They do take credit/debit cards which is nice, and the staff is super nice.

First Bite is newer in town. They have a friendly staff that is attentive and from the area. Food is classic diner style, and they have well seasoned home fries. Good place to hang out, and just a short walk away from Tony's auto. I'll be back!

Delicious food, great atmosphere, and very friendly! They take credit cards (yay!) for purchases over $10. I recommend the First Bite Omelette. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The corned beef hash and home fries are seasoned to bring out the flavors in a way that makes you want to eat every last bite.

It is decorated beautifully in a silver, gold and pink motif. Very girly but don't let that keep you away. The coffee is delicious. They took time finding the right brew for them. It's an organic Colombian coffee and my friend said it was the best she has ever had. A downfall for me is that you are charged additional for flavors and flavors we didn't know that so we racked up an additional $5 for that. They specialize in flights which is fun. You can get waffles, pancakes, French toast or eggs. In any combination of 3 for only $15. That includes 1 topping on each item. I had the cinnamon roll waffle and it was amazing. 10/10 worth going just for that. I got the egg flight and had the cook choose my flight. I had an onion omelette, scrambled eggs with tomato and over medium eggs. Everything was good. I got a side of bacon and sausage. The bacon was perfect. The sausage was fine. My friend got an omelette with spinach, feta, cheddar and jalapeño. It was served with toast and home fries. The omelette was great and the home fries are the best around. The toast was a little over done but who cares. I'm sure they would have remade it if asked. She also tried the red velvet waffle with cream cheese as a topping. The waffle was perfect but the scoop of plain cream cheese was a little off putting. I think a little cream cheese frosting would have gone better. But it was eaten up. Nothing was left so I think we liked it. Overall this is a charming little place that I think would warrant a visit. I will be back for more waffles!!

The blueberries were fresh, and the chocolate chips had great flavor--something I don't always find elsewhere. The melted butter on top added a nice touch. I also ordered a side of corned beef hash, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. It was quite greasy, could have been cooked to a crispier texture, and lacked flavor. At $7, it didn't feel worth the price. Despite this, I finished my meal and would consider ordering again, especially for the pancake. However, I noticed an issue with ordering through DoorDash: while you can request customizations in the notes (like adding chocolate chips and blueberries), the app doesn't calculate the upcharge, which creates confusion. Depending on the management, they may or may not honor your request. To ensure my order was correct, I called in directly, which worked well. based on the conversation, this has been a frequent customer complaint and you have to call in every time to make sure that you get the right thing. Thankfully, when it arrived, it did come exactly how I wanted. Not a huge thing but definitely something to be noted. Overall, the pancakes were a standout, but there's room for improvement with the sides and the ordering process.

The drive-through usually has a line, and many people pre-order their drinks. And it doesn't help when someone's order includes a complex drink like this: Venti Iced White Mocha with: * 5 pumps white mocha * sweet cream instead of milk * vanilla sweet cream cold foam * extra caramel drizzle * extra crunch topping * light ice * blonde ristretto shots * line the cup with caramel * add 2 pumps cinnamon dolce * double blended And only 1,000 calories or so! I happened to stop in and order my nonfat grande latte at the counter one day and didn't get my order for 15 minutes. Typically, I only have to wait a few minutes. Why don't I pre-order? It's more of an impulse buy for me, so I tend to park and order in the moment. Tip: This is the standalone Starbucks across from Five Guys. There is also a Starbucks inside Market 32. Overall, a four-star venue.

Good Evening, I am…read morea Douglas, Massachusetts resident and longtime Starbucks customer. I commute daily and have been a regular customer of the Starbucks located in Sutton Valley at the Market 32 Plaza in Sutton, MA, for approximately nine years. Throughout that time, I have consistently had positive experiences, particularly with the morning staff, who have always been courteous, accommodating, and professional. I am writing to formally escalate an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience that occurred at this location today, August 12, 2026, at approximately 1:30 PM. I arrived at the drive-thru with my three children. When I reached the window, I explained to the employee that I wanted to reload $20 in cash onto my Starbucks account and then use my Starbucks app to pay for the order so that I could receive the associated rewards points. At the time, my Starbucks account had approximately $8 available, while my order totaled approximately $14. I therefore needed to add funds to my account before completing the purchase. The employee appeared confused by my request and went to get another employee. When the second employee came to the window, I calmly explained the situation again. I specifically stated that I wanted to add the $20 cash to my Starbucks account and then pay for the order using the app. Instead of assisting me or simply clarifying the transaction, the employee repeatedly questioned how I wanted to pay. I explained the process again. She then told me, while still holding the $20 cash I had handed her, that I would somehow owe an additional $34 for the transaction. I explained that this could not be correct because my entire order was only approximately $14. After continued confusion, I ultimately told her to simply take the $20 cash and give me the appropriate change. Her immediate response was: **"You can leave my drive-thru."** I was completely stunned. I was not refusing to pay. I was not causing a disturbance. I was not demanding anything for free. I was actively attempting to pay for my children's beverages and resolve a payment issue that the employee was having difficulty understanding. I then pulled around to the front of the store and entered the building because I wanted to resolve the situation and pay for the drinks I had ordered. When I entered, I observed the employee speaking about me with three other employees. I again stated that I simply wanted to pay for my children's drinks. The employee then told me to **"leave or I'll call the cops."** At that point, I was humiliated, shocked, and extremely upset. I left the store with my three children without receiving the beverages I had attempted to purchase. I immediately contacted Starbucks Customer Service and reported the incident. I subsequently spoke with the District Manager, Conner, at approximately 5:30 PM. I walked him through the entire situation. To his credit, Conner listened to me and acknowledged that I had not done anything wrong. He explained that the employee would need to be retrained and specifically acknowledged that the situation was made significantly worse when she threatened to call the police. He also expressed his condolences regarding my experience. I appreciate that he listened to me. However, I do not believe that **"retraining" adequately addresses what occurred.** This was not simply an employee making a mistake on a transaction. The employee: * Failed to properly understand or assist with a basic payment request. * Became increasingly dismissive and confrontational. * Told a paying customer to leave the drive-thru. * Refused to allow me to complete payment for my children's drinks. * Discussed the situation with other employees in a manner that was humiliating and inappropriate. * Threatened to call the police when I was attempting to pay for an order. * Ultimately caused me to leave the establishment without the products I had attempted to purchase. I want to be very clear: **I was a customer attempting to give Starbucks money.** I was not disruptive. I was not refusing payment. I was not threatening anyone. I was simply trying to reload my Starbucks account and pay for my order. At one point, I even offered the simplest possible resolution: take the $20 cash I had already handed the employee and give me my change. Instead, I was told to leave. As a longtime customer, I find this deeply troubling. What has been particularly upsetting is the emotional impact this incident had on me. After leaving the store, I spent approximately 35 minutes crying while speaking with Starbucks Customer Service. I then became emotional again while speaking with the District Manager later in the afternoon. After the calls ended, I continued to cry for more than an hour because of how humiliated and degraded I felt. I had my three children with me when this happened. They witnessed their mother being treated as though she were a problem simply because an employ

I've been going to 5 guys restaurants for about 15 years when I first experienced them in Myrtle Beach. But, I guess some just aren't good... We came today and we both ordered burgers and a large fry to share. It took 17 minutes to get our order (and the place was dead), we got our order and the burgers were COLD and dry AF. Now I could have brought them back up, but I was tired AF after working all day and I just wanted to get home to relax. Now, Burger King and Wendy's are both about a mile from our house and McDonald's about one and a half miles but we drove 8.5 miles to get a really good burger. I never have had such a bad burger from 5 Guys ( and not even so bad from McDonald's!) and I'll never return to this location. Even the bread seemed old and the bacon was burnt.

Couldn't believe I found this gem. Didn't realize it was a chain. I've always had a perfect dining experience since the first time. Until today. The fries were cooked to perfection per usual. The new paper container was much smaller. I get it. That's the way corporations save money. Smaller portions jack up prices. They are on the higher end of the fast food chains in the first place. The burger was dry and crumbly. Something I've never experienced in the past. The strange part was as I ate the burger. The bun was wet. It broke the bottom bun. I couldn't pick it up anymore. Tried but, the dry broken up burger and toppings fell apart in my hands. One thing I noticed was the cook on the grill was "smashing" the patties on the grill. WHY!?!?! Could this be the culprit of a bad burger quality? If this is the new way they are cooking the meat. I'm not going anymore. I'll order a large fry and make my own burgers on the grill at home.
