I came in on Friday for a relaxing facial massage which supposed to be gentle - no harsh chemical peel or laser. During the facial, I did notice a burning sensation on my face so I immediately told her and she took the pumpkin enzyme off and it calmed down. It was over an hour facial and they should have noticed my irritation during the process and could have stopped the facial. I also communicated with them clearly about my skin type and the products I have been using. I have combination/oily skin and my skin is not sensitive at all. I never had any allergic reaction to any skin care products I have bought from Sephora/Spa/Clinic etc in my whole life. I also get facial at different spas once in a while but this never happened before. Now they are telling me to seek professional help as there is not much they can do. I am traumatized looking at my face right now. I could not see a dermatologist on the weekend and still do not know if anyone can squeeze me in next week so my anxiety is crazy right now....
