This exceptional scalp massage business has been a delightful experience for our second visit. On my husband's birthday, we embarked on this novel treatment. The staff is highly skilled and attentive. We commenced with a refreshing beverage, followed by a comprehensive scalp analysis. They meticulously assess the condition of your hair and recommend appropriate treatments. The salon features a well-equipped area with hairdryers, enabling them to dry your hair and conduct a second analysis to ensure optimal results. And YES we drive from Tulsa, to Texas for this.

Was gifted this experience by my husband and it was a relaxing experience for sure. I got the Blossom Me Package for hair-loss. Going in person I found out pretty much all the packages are somewhat customizable with additional charges. I initially booked online and was able to choose a team member for my service. Of course I chose the owner herself, because who else would give the best service. Jihee was kind and very good at her craft. Moving forward I try out the other girls. She was explaining with the new location she will be going back and forth and eventually not doing services herself. She strives in training her girls to giving the best service and it shows. Everyone was so nice and very attentive. There is also a Dermatologist there, Dr. Chung who offers Korean facials and scalp micro-needling, I'm super excited for my next appointment for those. My experience today was a good one, I've been to another head spa before and it was okay. This one is so aesthetically pleasing and has a good system going. They started off with a Scalp Analysis, Aroma Oil Therapy with Air Brush, Steam, Deep Cleansing Shampoo, Conditioning, Japanese Deep tissue massage (Head, Shoulders, Neck), Rainbow Waterfall, Water Circulation (Korean Herbal Medicine Water), Special Anti-Hair Loss Treatment, Red Light Therapy, High Frequency Treatment and After Scalp Analysis. I loved the choosing of my oil and the complimentary Korean tea. The service was relaxing and I'm pretty sure I passed out at one point. I would definitely call to book especially if you have questions. They have all Dyson products; do not expect your hair to look like you just came from the salon. They're licensed estheticians not cosmetologists. But they will dry and brush your hair. Oh and they have a heated bidet in the bathroom! Fancy! Definitely check this place out if you want a pamper day!

Our massages were so vastly different but what they had in common was that NEITHER of our therapists could go from softer to deeper pressure to back to soft, which in a 90 minute massage gives some time for that. There were NO sighs of relief from our room the ENTIRE time, just yawns from our therapists. They mainly used their arms to massage. So there wasn't very much work being done on our muscles alone, which would need hands. Mine somehow maintained KITTEN MITTEN PRESSURE on me like for 90% of the massage WITH FOREARMS. There were some spots she got that felt great but it more felt like luck than intentional. I was wondering if maybe I'm imagining that the pressure was light so many times, I couldn't enjoy the massage. I couldn't tell if it was out of fatigue, because I'm a lady (maybe thinking I don't need as much pressure) or if she was distracted because there would be like a slow gentle jostling that would kind of trail off, almost pause, then the pace would pick up but still not very much pressure. It doesn't take too much to make me jump out of my seat when getting my feet massaged but it felt like a baby was poking me this time. I had asked for more pressure in the beginning, which improved it a little but the pressure fell off back to almost nothing quickly. I got the sense that my therapist was tired so I spent most of the massage waiting for it to be over while I was gently jostled, pinched (gently) and thumbed with just slight fingernail sometimes. My husband, on the other hand, got ALL THE pressure for both of us within the first ten minutes- it was all elbows / arms for him with zero buildup to deeper pressure. At points, she would put full pressure on BONE. After that, barely any pressure for him ESPECIALLY on common pain points. She maybe spent 30 seconds on each of his arms. His therapist used the hot stones like they were straight out of the oven, they had no time to cool. From the oven to the skin. His legs were hyperextended when face up and his therapist put DIRECT pressure on his knees. He'd been dealing with a knot / pain at the right Lat/ QL point for a couple weeks and he left in MORE PAIN than when we walked in. The massage left us MORE annoyed, sore(in my husbands case) and less relaxed. The most boring, annoying, nothing massage I've ever gotten. For him is was just all pain that wasn't therapeutic. They were both considerably older and it was a 3pm appt so it could have played a role in what seemed like a massage that both therapists were tired in. Despite all that, NONE of it is what's making me leave a review. I was going to just pay for the service and MOVE ON. No tip, which sounds bad but honestly for a 90 minute with CBD oil, they were getting plenty from us considering we paid service when we barely got a massage. (Now I'm wondering if the CBD oil is even legit.) What's making me leave a review? THE TIP. I paid for the service and gone to the restroom but then the girl at the front asks if I want to leave a tip as I'm leaving, and points out our therapists are RIGHT BEHIND ME- REALLY putting that pressure out there to tip. The therapists behind me spoke in another language & the tone told me enough that they weren't happy they weren't being tipped. I've never had a place do this ever, really? Coerce your customers to tip? 1. The therapists must not be getting adequate breaks so afternoon appointments get a tired therapist. That or maybe you need to come in earlier or just be really lucky with whoever you get. 2. When you don't want to pay a tip /additional gratuity (to show GRATITUDE), they will then HARASS you as you're leaving to leave a tip for the massage your therapist barely executed. (I have no problem tipping. Dude, me & hubs been trained in massage. We have had some light or too painful massages that still did SOMETHING. This is probably the WORST massage we've ever had AND then the tipping thing was just the cherry on top) I gave them both $5 each, which was met with a shocked look on both of their faces as if they both just did super great jobs and I should be giving them my firstborn child. {I get it if they're literally fatigued, but it shouldn't be surprising when I don't tip.} That alone was almost worth the experience but now we're going to look for a massage place that will ACTUALLY give some decent pressure and some actual effluerage and pettrisage instead of whatever tf this wasted experience was. TL;DR don't come here if you want a low tier massage and to be gaslit that you should pay more of your hard earned money, the service fee is not enough. Which is understandable, if the massage was actually decent. Might have a chance if you get there early so that your therapist is as fresh as possible but otherwise, don't waste your money.

Her knowledge of the skin and skin care products is incredible. Her spa, which is in her home, is very warm and welcoming, so relaxing. I had been through years of chemotherapy and surgeries for cancer and my skin was in horrible condition. I have now been seeing her for seven months and my skin is improving tremendously. I have been getting the oxegeneo facials, micro needling and the plump and peel facial, and they are very luxurious, my skin looks and feels so amazing. She also sells very luxury Dermologica products, which are amazing. I highly recommend Jennifer for all of your skin care needs, I always feel so beautiful and confident when I leave her, my skin is always glowing thanks to Jennifer. I have been going to Jennifer for a year now, and my experience with her has been AMAZING. It all…read morestarted when I was looking for a chiropractor for my husband and a facial specialist for myself. While searching for a spa, I came across Health by Design Family Spa clicked on their page, and saw micro-needling, which I had been interested in trying but wanted to avoid problems I have seen with it. Jennifer's reviews and the warm atmosphere of her practice looked very inviting(just by the website), so I decided to make an appointment. On the day of my facial appointment, I expressed my concerns to the aesthetician. I mentioned that I was feeling quite nervous about the treatment, as I'm not very fond of makeup, I only wear it for gatherings and church. I've also seen some interesting results from micro-needling. I asked if she could walk me through the facial step by step, show me the needles, and explain what was happening during it. Let me tell you! Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and what she did for my face. I have never met an esthetician with so much expertise and such a calming, spiritual demeanor. I felt amazing afterward. She did this treatment a week before my Italy trip, and my skin felt fantastic in the days following the appointment no burning or irritation at all. Italy my face felt amazing the whole time I was there. THIS IS WHY I WILL ONLY LET HER TOUCH MY FACE!!! After returning from my trip a few months later, I reached out to her because I had been so busy. I mentioned that my skin was dry, dull, and in need of hydration. We decided to try the OxyGeneo 3-in-1 Facial, and both of us could see a significant improvement, my skin had a beautiful glow (before and after photos showed such a huge difference after my facial that day). We do this facial once a month, and in the weeks in between, we have Hydrating Facials and Skin Resurfacing treatments. I've also had a back facial, which I highly recommend! I am overall very happy with my results. When I go in with my concerns for the week and feel unsure about what to do, she assesses my face and tells me exactly what I need and why. Understanding the reasoning behind her recommendations is very important to me, and she communicates this knowledge extremely well. I often brag about her, and people frequently ask what products I use. Even my husband has noticed the difference and now asks me not to wear makeup when we go out in the evenings. I am truly thankful to have found this beautiful spa and the wonderful atmosphere that comes with it.

A male receptionist explained everything very thoroughly and was very helpful. My massage was AMAZING. Heather is so personable and sweet, and she is an amazing masseuse; extremely professional while being approachable and nice. My number one thing was that I was very comfortable here. I reccomend Heather. I could not say enough good things about her. The only *little* thing I didn't really like was that after the massage, they promote their membership and gift cards through the roof and whenever I declined they pushed and then asked me why not. I also couldn't put the gratuity on my gift card, which the white girl at the reception was a little rude about, but I did not mind that because I was happy to pay out of pocket in order to tip Heather. I also understand that it is ther job to push their services so that also didn't really ruin anything for me, I just politely declined every time I was asked. The complimentary drink situation hasn't changed, but they have added clarification at the front desk and in the lounge. ONE complimentary drink is offered (wine, champagne, mimosa, tea) and you can choose to have it prior to your service or after. I would recommend if you are arriving less than 30min before your service OR it's busy, get your drink AFTER! There are only so many staff members and if it's busy your drink won't be delivered with enough time to actually enjoy it prior to your service. HOWEVER, they do not offer towels larger than a washcloth, so if you plan to shower BRING your OWN towel! They do however have complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. For the first time I ever I included a facial to my visit. The Repair and Revive facial was incredibly relaxing and my skin looked wonderful! I do wish more instruction had been offered when I checked in as this was my first facial. For ex: - Do I wear a robe, or go in my clothes? A: Either. You take off your top and they have you wear a wrap before climbing under a warm blanket and lay on a table (like a massage). - Should I shower before because I won't want to wash my face after? A: yes. Sunscreen and other creams were added to my face so I did not want to shower after. -Should I have my hair done or leave it messy after a massage? A: They massage your neck and around your hairline with oils then wrap a soft headband around your hair to keep it off your face. I had a new woman giving my massage and a new woman do my facial and both were incredible. I have yet to request the same person when I return because truly no matter who I get, they are incredible!

Third time is a charm!…read more I'm a new member at Siena Massage, and so far my experience has been a mix of excellent and disappointing visits. My first massage was with Chris, and he was very professional. His deep tissue massage was excellent, and he clearly knew what he was doing. The only minor thing was that the hair on his arms felt a little uncomfortable against my skin, but that certainly wouldn't keep me from recommending him. Since I'm a new member, I wanted to try different massage therapists to see who would be the best fit. My next appointment was with Micaela, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. When I scheduled the appointment, I was promised complimentary aromatherapy for my birthday. I arrived 15 minutes early, but she didn't bring me into the room until about 5 minutes after my scheduled time, and then the session ended about 10 minutes early. I never received the promised aromatherapy, the massage wasn't the deep tissue I had requested, and she didn't remove the massage oil afterward. The worst part was that her long fingernails kept digging into my skin throughout the massage, making it uncomfortable instead of relaxing. I left feeling very disappointed. I shared my experience with the receptionist, who apologized and promised that I would receive complimentary CBD oil at my next appointment. Today I returned, expecting another disappointing experience. The promised CBD oil wasn't used, but I don't hold that against my massage therapist because it seemed like no one had communicated it to her. This time I had Jess, and she was absolutely amazing! Before the session even started, she noticed I was coughing in the lobby and kindly offered me water and mint candy. That small act of kindness made a wonderful first impression. During the massage, she found every sore muscle in my body and gave me exactly the deep tissue pressure I was looking for. She worked for the full 60 minutes without cutting the session short, and her hands were consistently working the entire time. She also finished the massage by removing the oil with hot towels, which made the experience even better. Overall, my experience at Siena Massage has been inconsistent, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5. The quality really depends on the therapist you see. I'll definitely be booking future appointments with Jess, and I hope the communication between the front desk and therapists improves so that promised services are consistently honored.
