As always, he was very nice on the phone. Seemed knowledgeable. So I scheduled an install for his first available date, which was 5 weeks out on April 6th. (Doing a new home build, it has been critical to schedule/ coordinate timing of contractors in advance to ensure steps get completed in the right order.) Given I had no prior experience working with Brad, between 3/2 and 3/31, I made no less than 5 attempts to contact him (texts and voicemails) to reconfirm our 4/6 install date, the agreed upon pricing, and coordinate delivery timing for the 30 windows and slider doors. Finally, Brad answered the phone on 3/31. Again, had a pleasant conversation in which Brad said everything was good for 4/6. We still had an open issue with respect to delivery timing and pickup (at Home Depot) of some of the windows that I needed his help with. Given how hard it was to get a hold of him, I asked him "what's the best way to get a hold of you to coordinate these last details?" He said "definitely send an email; Kristy in the office answers all of our emails". So I did exactly that. I advised Kristy by email on 4/1 that we did in fact need help moving a handful of windows to the new house site and asked what time Brad could meet us the morning of 4/6? Instead of helping with this final detail, Kristy single-handedly blew up the entire install schedule by saying, "Brad's first available date isn't until 4/15 or 4/16." Thats it. Nothing else. No joke! I replied and explained that not only had I scheduled 5 weeks in advance but also re-confirmed with Brad himself the day prior. I got no response. Literally just that one, curse email from Kristy. I sent another email trying to get more information as to what could possibly be going on to cause the two of them to be so disconnected with each other and ultimately to be so unprofessional towards me. Brad never showed up on the 6th...causing me all sorts of headaches due to the domino effect the delay caused. I tried reaching out to him again...he doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to texts, voicemail box is full. Nice work! As for Kristy, I have zero respect for unprofessional people like her. She obviously couldn't care less about the fact I waited 5 weeks for an install date and the fact she was utterly not on the same page as her colleague. Beware of the few positive reviews, they may very well be fabricated.

He knows the right and best way to do a job and will not compromise his own high standards. He has a lot of experience with contractors building very upscale homes. Still can't use sprinkler system. Now, 6 months later, after never hearing from him, he requests payment for the unfinished job. It took several weeks for his crew to actually show up in the beginning (first red flag), there was a language barrier (second red flag) so I couldn't ask any questions or get any answers or even know when they would finish the project. Zero follow up. I'm amazed by the lack of communication from Jensen. I paid him the full agreed on amount when he reached out 6 months later and chalked up the horrible experience as lesson learned. Never use family!!!! Shame on him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Enjoy your money Jensen... I don't mind paying twice... That's what was important to you, obviously.

I work overnights, and have neglected my yard upkeep for months. After all of the rain that we've had this spring, my yards had gotten completely out of control. I sent Jensen the 5 "before" pictures that are displayed in this review. He gave me an estimate and told me that he would be here the following day. His crew arrived promptly at the appointed time. There were three of them who worked steadily and efficiently for just over an hour. As you can see from the "after pictures, they completely transformed my yards. They did in one hour what would have taken me at least a full day! My recovery time after doing so would have been considerably longer! I would definitely say that the value I received comparative to the service that was performed was not only fair, completely satisfying. I will highly recommend Rock Solid Landscaping to every one of my friends and neighbors.
