On March 2nd, I called Brad as a result of a referral I got from a Door & Trim store I visited. Luckily, I got a hold of Brad on the first try that time. As always, he was very nice on the phone. Seemed knowledgeable. So I scheduled an install for his first available date, which was 5 weeks out on April 6th. (Doing a new home build, it has been critical to schedule/ coordinate timing of contractors in advance to ensure steps get completed in the right order.) Given I had no prior experience working with Brad, between 3/2 and 3/31, I made no less than 5 attempts to contact him (texts and voicemails) to reconfirm our 4/6 install date, the agreed upon pricing, and coordinate delivery timing for the 30 windows and slider doors. Finally, Brad answered the phone on 3/31. Again, had a pleasant conversation in which Brad said everything was good for 4/6. We still had an open issue with respect to delivery timing and pickup (at Home Depot) of some of the windows that I needed his help with. Given how hard it was to get a hold of him, I asked him "what's the best way to get a hold of you to coordinate these last details?" He said "definitely send an email; Kristy in the office answers all of our emails". So I did exactly that. I advised Kristy by email on 4/1 that we did in fact need help moving a handful of windows to the new house site and asked what time Brad could meet us the morning of 4/6? Instead of helping with this final detail, Kristy single-handedly blew up the entire install schedule by saying, "Brad's first available date isn't until 4/15 or 4/16." Thats it. Nothing else. No joke! I replied and explained that not only had I scheduled 5 weeks in advance but also re-confirmed with Brad himself the day prior. I got no response. Literally just that one, curse email from Kristy. I sent another email trying to get more information as to what could possibly be going on to cause the two of them to be so disconnected with each other and ultimately to be so unprofessional towards me. Brad never showed up on the 6th...causing me all sorts of headaches due to the domino effect the delay caused. I tried reaching out to him again...he doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to texts, voicemail box is full. Nice work! As for Kristy, I have zero respect for unprofessional people like her. She obviously couldn't care less about the fact I waited 5 weeks for an install date and the fact she was utterly not on the same page as her colleague. Beware of the few positive reviews, they may very well be fabricated. read more

This guy is AWESOME. We had a strange situation where our couch couldn't fit up our stairs, soooo we decided it had to go in the second story window (yes I know we're kind of crazy). He helped us with the window so we could fit it through and then put it all back together again. 100% going to use this company again. Thank you!!! read more

Was in a pinch to replace a window after selling a house. Price could not be beat and Brad came out to measure the next day. The windows in my home wouldn't stay open and in some cases the balancer had shot out of one side and was logded at the top of the window frame. I was afraid I would be looking at an astronomical bill to replace all of my windows. Brad came out and assessed the situation. He then ordered and returned to replace all of the balancers, balance retainers, and sash guides. Now all of my windows function perfectly and it didn't require me to take out a second mortgage! After being referred to Desert View Windows from one of my customers, I will never use another window or door company again. I live in the North Valley, but Brad came out, gave a great bid on great windows and we had him replace all of them in our home. We get raving comments on them regularly and they have definitely stopped all the drafts we had coming into the home. We recently had him out again to replace one of our French doors, and our experience was the same. Vacuumed the floors and wiped down every part of the doors, glass and surrounding area. This is the second home I have used Desert View Windows for. The most recent home was a major project in the historic district of Bisbee AZ. The home is 113 years old and a massive undertaking for any contractor. The challenge of a home in a historic district and its age is meeting the city and county regulations and quirky workmanship from a 100 years ago. Brad and his workmanship met every challenge, met the specs of the historical guidelines and as always superb in quality. I could not ask for a better company to complete the project. One of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever had the misfortune to have dealt with. Multiple no-shows and no calls after having us wait around for hours. After confronting the owner, Brad, had the audacity to text the following message: "Thanks for recognizing that I no-showed again! I didn't put it in my calendar and I simply forgot that I was supposed to be at your place for a piece of glass across town. I can take care of you for sure this week. " That was after the second no show. After completion of the install I was informed that the window couldn't be cleaned because windex is streaky. The employee was asked multiple times by my wife to accept payment, then turns around and lies to the owner Brad, stating that she had left without giving him a check. After numerous attempts I was able to get a total for amount due and an invoice that my 6 year old could have created more professionally, with only the name Brad on the invoice. I would strongly discourage ANYONE from utilizing this Bush League company. read more
