My wife and I tried to communicate but as another reviewer said so eloquently, "We tried calling the next day to see what happened and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not be calling them again for window washing services." My recommendation to NW Window Washing is to find help to respond to your good customers or you will lose them. Our last actual service from them was in 2024. Normally that would be the end of it, but in the last month (in 2026), they called my wife in order to try and schedule a new cleaning. Even though we declined to have them come back, they still sent us an invoice for the new cleaning they never performed, and then forced a charge through using the credit card they had on file from several years back. I am now needing to dispute a payment for more than $1500 for a service they never rendered. Whether this is the result of incompetence or malice, it's a wholly unacceptable situation.
