When I called the store, the woman answering was very nice, pulled up my quote and educated me on the process. My hubby and I visited the week of. Unfortunately his SUV wasn't large enough to transport the tables and they didn't have delivery available. We borrowed a friend's truck to pick up the items. A mishap occurred when they gave us the wrong chairs which we were able to quickly exchange. The employees were very apologetic and recognized their mistake. My deposit was returned within a week. BTW, Their wedding decor for rent is really unique. Not that I will need that but fellow Yelpers, keep them in mind for your upcoming nuptials!

She immediately start correcting my verbiage when she knew what I was talking about. I told her that I would come to review some of the facets that were available. She told me that I had to have an appointment to visit there show room. Which she said was not open. She also told me that I had to work through a plumber to visit and purchase items. I told here that I was a license plumber and thanked her for her candor. She hurried off the phone. I guess with an area code of 630 she assumed that I was not a plumber. Or that my articulation with words was not welcomed by her. I was left with the feeling that this southern Illinois plumbing establishment is not people friendly.

Several calls and an email weren't returned, no explanation, no apology. Fortunately, I was to pay them on-site which I guess they don't prefer but in retrospect that was the best thing about my experience with them. At least now I don't have to call a number with a full voicemail box to track down a refund. Some of their reviews are great, some are not. I would say if there is a chance they will not show up then that is too much. Make your own decisions, but I would never give them another chance.
