When we called the office, Dinorah, handled and addressed our concerns. She was professional, kind and efficient. She forwarded an estimate via email. The technician they sent to our home was Tyler. He was professional, extremely caring, neat and clean and did an outstanding job. They revived and repaired our existing cabinets. He actually took two cabinet doors back to his shop for total refinishing due to the extensive damage from the previous owner's animals. He brought them back today and they blended in beautifully. There were three days where we waited for him all day only to find out that he wasn't coming at all. A four-day job ended up taking seven days. This was a huge lack of respect for me and my time. He also sanded drywall over three days without remediation--no tarps or barriers. When he was gone, I had to hire a professional cleaner to fix his mess. Mike and his crew do good work if you are willing to put up with his lousy time management skills and his lack of remediation.

Never again! Total waste of time. Paul's Plumbing is an absolute garbage operation…read more When Damian arrived to make the estimate (which cost $125 that would supposedly apply to the cost of the job) he took no notes and gave no receipt. He promised a receipt and estimate would be delivered by email later that day. That never happened. After three days of me contacting them, I finally got an email estimate that left out several items that we had discussed. One of those items was a hot water tank flush. They wanted to add $525 to the estimate for this service! When I refused and pointed out that a typical rate is $150 to $250, they told me it required a "special machine". That is a lie. Nevertheless, I scheduled an appointment for the rest of the service. They canceled by text 2.5 hours before. We scheduled for the next morning. They canceled by text 2 hours before. We scheduled for the next morning. They canceled by text 20 minutes AFTER the appointment time. I did manage to get a refund of the $125.
