Came here as suggested by my contractor and designer. Pretty much the only other showroom in the area other than Ferguson if you need plumbing along with lots of other things for kitchens and baths and want to see it in person. I called to make an appointment as suggested when coming in and making the appointment was easy over the phone. Inside had a ton of different well known brands. Along with toilets, vanities, and especially fixtures to name a few. When I got to the appointment, the front desk ladies were very friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the friendliness ended with my visit. My sales associate, Nicole was knowledgeable, but her customer service was absolutely horrible. She gave some advice, but it felt like it would be better if I knew exactly what I wanted and she can just point me in that direction. If you're coming just to browse or get ideas, don't book with Nicole. She did not seem to have patience for me on my indecisiveness/not knowing what I wanted yet. She didn't ask my budget or much other advice or questions. She had a very condescending attitude, like I was annoying her. We went and looked at all of the different brand names. I really didn't feel like I got much design help from her. She did at least show me some of the handheld sprays in the shower area in the back of the store. I asked her for a quote list and she said she'd email it to me. We spent about an hour or little less at the appointment. By the end of the appointment, she said I hope you didn't feel rushed. Which in reality I did... I waited a few days and her email never came and I had to call the store to ask for it to be resent again. She did do a good job with emailing me back-and-forth because I had questions about the quotes and pictures she gave me. She was prompt. Definitely compare and contrast what is cheaper. I compared my selections to websites like Wayfair. The faucets and shower fixtures were cheaper from Wittock. But the accessories like towel bar, toilet holder, robe holder, etc. were cheaper through Wayfair. When I was ready to put the order in. I emailed Nicole and she gave me an order number. She told me to then call the front desk to them put the order in. Gina, who processed my order was very nice and helpful. You either can put down 1/2 of your order or the whole thing. My order took about a week or so. Except the shower faucet was a newer design and I was told it would take about three weeks. I did ask Nicole to send me some similar shower faucets that were in stock. She kind of condescendingly made a point that I didn't like any of the other in stock, shower heads. But within a few days, the showerhead I originally ordered was available. The products that I ordered were all great. They were all Delta product, so I felt like it was trusted brand. My contractor picked up our items without issue. The products are beautiful and are what I ordered. read more

BEWARE THIS COMPANY LEAVES FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS. They've since deleted my review and have left EIGHT positive, 5-star reviews in a matter of a week about the sales representative, Nicole... How do I know they're fake? They all have the same amount of likes, which is over 10. What review gets 11 likes in 7 hours about a local supply store... "Sonny", DO BETTER! Since my review got taken off Google, here it is: I'm not sure where all these fabricated, positive reviews about the sales repressive, Nicole, are coming from... She must be really pushing for positive reviews... Recently, I walked in and got a blue plastic tag, but I guess I didn't win the color-coded lottery (in regards to the color of the tag) because I got stuck in the back corner with the woman who rightfully belongs there. To start off, I gave her my budget, and instead of being understanding and helpful, she laughed directly in my face. Who knew $1,700 wasn't sufficient for a faucet? Not me. Clearly this was comical to Nicole but I didn't find it humorous whatsoever. Maybe Wittock supervisors need to speak to their staff or amongst themselves to figure out a plan to deter anyone not willing to spend $3,000 not step foot on the premises. The kicker is, you can find pretty similar fixtures (if not the same) elsewhere and pay a fraction of what you would at Wittock, but Nicole will tell you otherwise. DO BETTER! read more

My experience with Wittock was horrible. I guess if you are an expert on cabinets and sinks you will do ok but if you are going to depend on the expertise of the salespeople (at least the one I worked with), forget it. On my first visit, I went in with a diagram with measurements (including door swing) of my very small bathroom and explained exactly what I was looking for in a cabinet and sink. I had to basically interrogate the salesperson to get information and twice I ordered based on her expertise and twice I should have consulted with a real expert. She is definitely not an expert unless it was that I was just wasting her time on a $2000 order. I will never go here again. read more

I had come here a few times over the years to look at the beautiful trends. I will agree, they need to work on their ability to make the "average" customer feel welcomed when you walk in. This is a place designers and builders go for that WOW factor and spend tens of thousands. Unique and very luxurious, and still various price points to choose from. However this is not a place to go if looking for big box store experience. But hey, we have dozens of those within 5 miles of Wittock. IMO my order was small, but my Salesperson Christina gave me 2 hours on first meeting. I personally think the best person here is the manager Todd Vangeissen. Very friendly! Had a small hiccup with a unique up-flush toilet. He was very helpful and made my problem much better. Definitely need to call in advance and make that appointment if you want personal assistance and learn about all the cool stuff available. Otherwise great place to walk around start dreaming. As part of our master bathroom remodeling project we came to Wittock supply for some fixtures. They have a beautiful showroom with a great selection of products. All the name brands and some very upscale unusual brands for sinks, tubs, faucets, lighting and accessories for the bath and kitchen. The sales help seemed a little overwhelmed but we enjoy shopping and picking out ourselves. So we end up placing a large order, The promised delivery fit our schedule and we left a deposit. That's when the wheels came off the bus. About 75% of the items came in on time and were correct. One towel bar was the wrong size and had to be reordered. That and the rest of the items dribbled in 2 to 3 weeks past the promised time. One item, the Grohe shower controls never came in. I was told after repeated calls that there were none available in the US and they were waiting for a shipment from Germany. My plumber was scheduled to start a few days later so I went on line and found it for the same price and had it 3 days later. So in summary, great selection and showroom, pretty good prices, but poor customer service and order follow up give this business a two star rating. read more

Renee was vey helpful with information and honest answers to our questions. We were able to pick out our kitchen sink and faucet and get it ordered for delivery. Delivery due in about 2 weeks. I was highly disappointed in this place. They were recommended to me by a local countertop fabricator to help with my kitchen remodel. I stopped in Tuesday morning Aug 25th and was told I needed an appointment. I completed a form to request an appointment. I asked if I could walk around and the receptionist said yes. I saw no fewer than 4 salespeople sitting at their desks without a customer. I never received a call regarding my appointment request and went online the next day to request an appointment via their website. It's now Friday the 28th and still no call. I am currently working from home so was not "gussied up" when I stopped in. I'm sure they thought I was not a worthy customer and did not have the money to afford their products based on the attitude of the employees. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, I can't imagine what their response would be if you ever had a problem with a purchase. I will be purchasing my copper farmhouse sink, Watermark sink and pot filler faucets, and cabinet hardware elsewhere. The only reason I rated it 2 stars is because they have a lovey showroom and large selection of items. They are severely lacking in customer service. read more

We went there with intention to spend, redoing 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Not one person acknowledged us the entire 45 min we were there. As a matter of fact, one of the cackling hens cut my wife off on the way to refill her cup of coffee and laughed. We saw some really nice stuff, but no service. I even called back and asked for a manager or someone in charge and she said that there really wasn't anyone today, I said "That makes total sense." She said that they were really busy, to which I responded, "no you're not! we were just there, you have more people working than there were customers. Maybe you should break up the 3 hens up front cackling together." (let me guess, she was probably one of them). Business must be pretty good to let work walk out the door unsolicited. Kimberly was able to help us design our dream bathrooms and we were able to order all fixtures, vanities, and accessories right from them. Walked in today, 5:03 pm with doors wide open and other customers walking around. Explained I needed a $7 part for a faucet bought there a few years ago, but the floor manager was very rude and told me to come back when they are open. 3 minutes late, no service and rude response equals me never going back. I am a civil engineer who designs subdivisions for a living and I will pass my experience onto my builder friends. Bad business Wittock! read more

Big showroom with lots to look at. Prices listed are high but there is a purchasing process that will yield "discounts". Great place to shop when you want to see the fixtures in person. Anyone that wants to experience rudeness and high prices just go here and you will get a full dose. The employees there are hard to find, take forever to wait on you and when they do the negative attitude is unimaginable especially in these days and times. We have had this experience several times now while we have renovated 3 homes and will not do business with them again. My guess is that walk in business is a PITA so maybe they should change there business model. Their negative reputation is spreading so I guess the owner will get what they deserve. read more

I ordered an expensive faucet and was told it would take 6 wks. After 7 wks I called only to find it had been in their storeroom 3 weeks without a call. I left a complaint with the manager and never even got a call back. Customer service is pretty bad. I ordered parts in early February, never got a call. I called after a few weeks and they said they couldn't find my order. I left a voicemail with the salesman and he never returned my call. I returned to the store and they mysteriously found my parts, that had been sitting there for a month with my name and phone number on them. When I went to install the parts they were the wrong ones! Purchased bathroom vanity semi custom cabinets 4 weeks ago. Paid extra for hardware and hardware holes to be drilled. Cabinets came in and no phone call, we had to call to check on the order. Picked them up and noticied hardware holes were not drilled. they picked back up to drill the holes. When we got the cabinets back almost all of the doors and drawers were damaged with nicks, scratches, stain missing. the tower had a huge gap between seams. Went back to the store and they said they would call the manufacturer to have replacement pieces. After two days no resolution they seemed to get annoyed with us. Retured everything for a full refund. Terrible customer service I will never go back to this place. Maybe they treat contractors better. If you're just an individual steer clear! Our experience was so bad our project schedule is pushed out 4 weeks with no vanity and sinks for our out of town guests coming in a month. I would give them no stars if I could. No aplogies given to us for all our wasted time and aggrevation. read more
