Love everything about this spa!! From the amenities to staff friendliness to the decor and the products. I booked my first ever facial here and it was super easy. The staff are so incredibly friendly and made my entire experience enjoyable. I started with the infrared sauna which got me so relaxed. I also enjoyed the cambucha on tap which was delicious by the way! After spending some time in the sauna, I began my facial with Shannon. I loved how after she analyzed my skin she explained my trouble areas and walked me through what she was going to do during the facial to get my skin restored and back on track. The facial was amazing! Shannon even did an upper shoulder and neck massage and the ear massage had me so relaxed! Right after the facial I noticed my skin was already doing so much better. Before leaving she gave me some great tips and at home routines I can start doing to keep up the restoration of my skin. Overall I love everything about this spa. I have been going to Burke Williams the past ten years and I honestly will start booking my spa days at NuAge. I got my first ever facial with Shannon today. It was amazing! Better than expected. My face feels like baby skin! I have some wrinkles but I was completely surprised that by the end of the facial they were significantly reduced. It was almost like I had gotten Botox! The results were that good! I received an OxyGeneo Facial the week before my wedding and my skin was perfect, plump, hydrated and overall glowing for the big day. I had my facial with Shannon and she is a total expert who guided me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. She really evaluated my skin and targeted my trouble areas. I received my facial over a month ago and I swear I have not had a single breakout since (it is literally still glowing). Be sure to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early so you can hang out in their infrared sauna and sip on some kombucha or nitro coffee on draft or just hang out in their cute waiting room (their bohemian decor is on point). They offer a wide variety of facials, massages, and vitamin IV therapy treatments (perfect for hangovers) as well as injectables, laser and light treatments and more. I actually followed my original injection Shari (LOVE her to DEATH!!!!) from Ontario to ladera ranch which is FAR. Since then I have gotten facials with at least 2 or 3 Of the esthetician's (sorry don't remember who exactly) and also seen nurse Priscilla and Ashley who are very honest and humble but somehow also provide amazing results and great bedside manner!! Yesterday was my first time at this spa and let me just say wow! From the moment i walked in i felt so relaxed and comfortable. I was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and escorted into the waiting room. The waiting room is adorable (relaxing, clean and could almost put you to sleep).
