I am so thankful I found this place! I was going to the same facialist for 10+ years. My skin looked good but was not improving on the issue I was having for years. The minute you step into Pure Skincare OC you leave the chaos behind. I don't feel like I am a stressed out person, but after your appointment you realize you might have been. I have been to a few places for facials before and either there is just too much talking and pushing of products during the process that I didn't get to enjoy my facial or you feel like the facial was rushed. Extremely poor communication at this place.They offered me a 12:30 appointment on Tuesday or a different appointment on Wednesday via text. I texted back 12:30 will work. Didn't hear anything back, so I showed up at 12:30 only to find that when I tried to confirm the appointment after leaving from my destination while I was drivingthere to my appointment, I received a last second text ,"oh you didn't tell what time you were coming" so they filled the space with someone else. WTF? I can still see in my text where they offered me the 12:30 spot and I immediately replied 12:30 will work. They don't bother confirming appointments so God only knows if you're really on the schedule or not. Nobody answers the phone when you call either. Very poor business practices and extremely poor communication. read more

First time going to this spa and it was amazing! Jessica was so sweet and friendly. I got the signature facial and she did an amazing job. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards, I definitely had a glow when I left. The face and shoulder massage left me feeling so relaxed and pampered. Jessica also provided skin care tips and even recommened a sun screen powder, which I purchased. The spa had a beautiful and welcoming decor. I would give 10 stars if I could! I was recommended to go here by a friend. The last place I was getting facials at was trying to push me to buy product and supplements which made me dread the experience. I booked an appointment with Jessica through their online system and it was very easy + intuitive. There was a thorough questionnaire where I provided information about my skin, medication, referral, etc. I found the office easily and the interior was so cute! I was taken right back by Jessica and the ambiance was just so serene. She asked me if I wanted the bed heater on (which I accepted) and stepped out for me to get as undressed as I wanted to. The whole experience start to finish was luxurious and relaxing. There was a ton of facial massage as well as a massage of the shoulders, neck, arms and hands. I was an absolute puddle. All the products smelled lovely and felt so good. Jessica was great about letting me know what she was doing next and asking questions about my comfort. I was so sad when it was over. I cannot rave enough about this place, Nique and Jessica gave my fiancé and I the pure facial (one of the "starter" ones) except they went way above and beyond. We told them we just wanted to glow for our wedding next week and had never had facials and it was the best experience ever. I felt so relaxed, it was nearly better than a massage. Not only did we get a full facial but also a hydro jelly peel, and extremely good face/neck/arm massage. Although this is a luxury thing for us to do, I will definitely be saving my money to come back. My skin looks and feels great, I'm hooked!! Fair prices, too. I'm just so happy. I can't rave enough about this studio! First it's really adorable and peaceful. The moment I walk in I feel relaxed. Second, I have never been one to get facials regularly. It has always been more of a luxury and I couldn't afford them and thought they didn't make a huge difference as long as I used good skincare. Then I found Pure Skincare OC. The prices are always fair and they always run amazing deals. I Have been getting facials every 6 weeks and have noticed the most amazing results. I have always had these bumps on my face that won't go away. I have even been to the dermatologist to burn them off and they come back. I can say that although not completely gone they are so much smaller. I also have been doing peels and have noticed my lines wrinkles being less noticeable and my skin is so much brighter. Nique is professional and does the best massage. I leave there feeling brighter and am more confident with how my skin looks than I ever have.
