DO NOT GO HERE! I had a procedure done a year ago and they collected the money 2 weeks prior. The day of the surgery, they literally kicked my girlfriend out. We had driven 200 miles for the procedure. Jessica was nice, but she's not a medical doctor. The doctor (John Rosdeutscher) wasn't on site. I asked to meet him and was told her wasn't there that day on a Friday. This is illegal and is being reported to proper authorities. As far as results, not enough grafts and I have numbness where grafts were placed. Bottom line, don't trust these people, take your business elsewhere. I don't typically write reviews but I feel like I should for this. I quite literally have not walked out of my house without a hat or head covering in 2 1/2 years following my hair transplant here. And I mean that in the most literal sense. I haven't even thought about taking any kind of photos, it's THAT bad lol. As a college student I saved up ALOT of money for this so I felt i could at least share my experience. The staff is great and extremely friendly and accommodating. The in office experience was great but my results have been pretty bad. :/ My hairline has grown so I'm thankful for that, however my crown has not seen any improvement at all and I currently have two bald spots at the back in the donor area. I received a transplant from here about 2 years ago with no success. They kept saying it was shock loss, however there was never any growth at the hairline nor the crown (the areas I had treated) after a year, which they told me I would see my finial results. Not sure if it was the best decision, however I went back to them for a second corrective surgery in hopes that it could be fixed however the results have been pretty bad as well. My hairline has grown in lightly which makes me hopeful however there has been minimal to no growth in the crown area. Also, I currently have two really big and ugly bald spots in the back of my head in the donor area. I reached out to them about the possibility of being over harvested and they assured me that they never had a failed transplant and the never overharvest. I know it's a very small possibility that I could have developed alopecia due to the procedure so I am currently working with a dermatologist to attempt to address the failed operation i's been very little success as she believes the the hair been permanently damaged but hopefully it helps at least a little. I'm trying to stay in contact with their office to see if they provide any support after failed hair transplants so hopefully I can get some support that way. I do want to reiterate that while my results have been pretty bad and disappointing the staff really was great and they make the experience very relaxed and pleasurable, so please don't take this review has anything negative towards them. I'm still trying to work with them to see if they could provide me ANY type of support and they have been responsive, so that's positive. HONEST REVIEW: went for consultation regarding Orbera weight loss balloon. Was promised the world with this solution and that I would lose 40-50 lbs. I went for it - $7k cost. I ended up in the ER twice due to extreme sickness when I first got it. $5k bill. Six months later balloon was removed and I lost no weight. So overall $12k for no results. I've seen mixed reviews so def do your research before deciding on this, because it's a lot of money for something that might not work. I noticed little to no appetite reduction which is supposed to be the main reason this thing helps you lose weight. Overall, I personally really regret making this decision and wish I could get all that money back. So do your research and get feedback from other people before deciding - there is a Facebook group "the gastric balloon group" where people share all the good and bad - there are a lot of people who had the same experience as me and a few that did get some results. Hope this helps future patients considering the balloon. My recommendation is save your money and spend a few hundred bucks a month with a personal trainer. read more

So when I first went to Nubody Concepts I was so nervous, just terrified that I was going to stand naked in front of someone, and I'm telling you it is the most comfortable staff and Dr. You NEVER feel bad about yourself there. Approximately two years ago, I was tired of the now ex focusing on my weight/body so I decided to do some research on cosmetic surgery. I made an appointment with NuBody and at my consultation was provided positive encouragement my problem areas of stomach, waist and upper arms could be reduced with positive results and I was a good candidate for the procedures. Over $6100. The healing process post surgery was more traumatic and the bleeding was more severe than led to believe there would be. I followed the post surgery instructions and started to see results with the eventual subsiding of the swelling. About a year later I noticed an unusual fatty deposit in my front left hip area that was obvious to me and differed greatly from my right side. My upper arms are flabby again (though I work out regularly) and my right upper arm appears bigger than my left so I measured it, and the right arm is a half inch bigger than my left. I contacted NuBody and explained I would have reached out sooner with my concerns but have had a lot of difficulty in my life with personal and family matters in the last 2 years and wasn't sure to even voice my concerns about my results. NuBody immediately contacted me and scheduled a consultation where I saw someone new on the staff. He grabbed the fat around my stomach and waist but was skeptical about redoing my upper arms telling me that is the procedure he least Iiked to do because it is rarely successful and can leave significant scarring (he talked about a different procedure than what was done before). Additionally I was told everyone's body is uneven (though these issues were not so evident prior to my surgery) and my body was as uneven as it was before. I assumed I would have fallen into some sort of customer satisfaction, but this turned out to be an opportunity for NuBody to offer me the same procedures for a discounted offer of $3400 to redo the same 3 problem areas. $2500 for the abdomen area only. I felt the uneven fat deposit in my hip area should have been covered by my previous payment in the interest of customer satisfaction and the fact, contrary to being told everyone is uneven in their bodies and we are not perfect, I did not have this issue previously. The fact I can look in the mirror and holding I can tell my right upper arm is more flabby than the left, something I did not notice before surgery (they were evenly fat). I wish I had saved my $6100 and continued to work on myself with diet and exercise as I do today. This was a waste of time and money. I am very self conscience wearing a bathing suit knowing I have a line of bulging fat on one side of my body that is not on the other side. read more

I originally went into NuBody Concepts out of curiosity. I met with one of the consultants there, Rachelle, who was very easy to talk to. My goal was to see what the process would be to remove some belly fat that has plaguing me since I was a teenager. She was incredibly honest about managing my expectations and easily answered every question I had. When I was introduced to the process of Aqualipo, I was seriously impressed. The recovery time is short, it's not invasive, and all the folks there made me feel right at home. It didn't take me too long to sign up! The day of the surgery was incredibly easy. My nurses were Kendra and Katie and they made me feel very comfortable. I've never gotten surgery like this before and they reassured me every step of the way. Dr. Emerson, who performed the procedure, was incredible. He walked me through every step and I didn't feel a thing during. The one thing that they really reinforced for me was to wear the compression garment after the procedure. LISTEN TO THEM! This part is almost just as important as the procedure itself. My experience at nubody concepts has been overwhelmingly positive. I have had laser done on my upper lip and chin, aqualipo, and a mini tuck, so I've experienced different staff and both Dr Emerson and Dr Greco. To be brief all staff, medical staff and doctors are personable and pleasant to deal with. Everyone takes their time to address questions and concerns. The clinic is impeccably clean and comfortably decorated which helped in not feeling I personable and hospital like. Dr Emerson was quite pleasant during my aqualipo procedure. We actually talked about music and traveling during the operation and his staff had me laughing during the hard parts. The aqualipo produced great results however left me with even more hanging loose skin from XL babies and 2 c- sections. I was aware this may be possible but I really didn't understand what that really meant. After expressing my disappointment with the lack of tightness They scheduled an appointment with Dr Greco. I was pretty determined I was not going into a tummy tuck but after meeting and having a long consultation with Dr Greco I left reconsidering my initial decision. From our initial meeting Dr Greco listened to my concerns, what I felt was important, and addressed them with concern and without haste. After our consultation and researching his background I knew he was the right Doctor. Fast forward 4 weeks post op and I can honestly say I am so grateful for Dr Greco and his caring staff. He removed much more than excess skin, he removed 10 years of body loathing and self consciousness and let me recognize the reflection I see in the mirror. This has had profound effects in all aspects of my life. I am forever grateful and would not hesitate to refer anyone to him for any cosmetic surgery. I had Aqualipo liposuction 8 weeks ago with outstanding results. The physician removed approx. 1.5 liters of fat (or 3 pounds). I went from a men's size 34 to a very comfortable size 32 and am wearing pants that I had not worn in years. The staff is super professional with a nice sense of humor. After my lifelong struggle with weight, I decided to make a life change, as a result I lost over 120 pounds. In doing so, wanted to reward my hard work by improving on the body I had worked so hard for. After several consultations from different physicians, I choose NuBody. Now I know, regrettably. The staff are friendly but after almost 5 years post op my tummy tuck and 3+ years post breast lift and implants, I STILL experience pain and burning in my incision areas along with bad scaring. My implants are not even and I have puckering skin on my left hip from the scaring. Not only did I have several minor complications from these procedures, my stitches on one of my breast busted open and my implant was exposed. I did not get the results I hoped for now was promised. This is the worst place that I have ever come in contact with Nubody Concepts Franklin. Customer service is terrible, there is no follow up provided after a procedure the only reason I gave it one star is because I had to in order to leave a comment. I should have know something was wrong because the never took my weight, measurements, body mass, nothing! After my procedure in 2012 I was told to wait at least 4 to 6 months to see real results. 6months later I'm still working out but depressed in tears constantly because I see no results; not to mention over the loss of the 4200.00 I'm out of just for aqua lipo to the belly area only. I finally decided to contact the doctor to complain. The Doctor presented very attentive and asked why I had not called him sooner because in his words "yes your still fat I should have used more laser". He agreed that I could have the procedure redone NO CHARGE. The fact he agreed to redo it is proof it was a bad job to begin with. 4weeks later the morning I took off work for my appointment I get at call at 730am(appointments at 8) The receptionist calls to tell me the Doctor is sick and had to go to the ER and not to come in. Well I was outside because I like to be early I see one client walk in so I go in and see another client already waiting. I walk up to the counter and was greeted by receptionist asking my name. When I told her my name two other staff came from the back she stated she could rescheduled me the doctor wasnt in. I asked who i could speak with inregards to getting some money back. They told me no one was their I could speak with. She would have someone call me. I am saddened by the money lost(depressed by the sight of myself)by what I have experienced with this place and the way the procedure has changed the shape of my belly. I will finally file a report with the state medical review board. Please beware of this place. I know first hand this doctor decided not to follow through with my procedure a SECOND time because he took someone that was paying which is so greedy and unethical. This has bothered me and stresses me out for the last 10months. It is my fault I'm so passive and did not research more places before going to Nubody Concepts Franklin,TN. First, I went to 3 different doctors to discuss my needs. It's so important to feel comfortable with your surgeon. This is a a big decision, and SO worth it even if you need to pay a little more for a great doctor. Make sure they are board certified, and look into their history. I had a few procedures back in November of 2020, I elected to wait at least 6 months before doing a review since results take time with some procedures. So, 8 months later I can say I am so happy. Dr. R in the Brentwood did a wonderful job. The staff is fantastic, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. I have an allergy to adhesives so bandages can be a problem, but they worked around it and I didn't have a single issue. The procedures went well, and the anesthesiologist was so through. I felt in good hands the entire time. I will go back to see him for another procedure I'd like to do soon. I still go and see Diane, for facials and such every few months too. I had my procedure done in March, waited the full three months for a followup before passing judgement. The procedure left me disfigured. There is no contouring just a blunt end and large fat blobs left on the hips. There is a noticeably larger amount of fat remaining on the left side of the abdomen than the right. Bra roll was not touched. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the "nurse" who followed up with me and was told I would need another more extensive surgery to fix. The surgeon has not seen me since the procedure! Also, this is not a go to work the next day kind of procedure as you are led to believe. You will be in significant discomfort for a month and it will take a full 3 months to be back to "normal." read more

I was so excited to have this procedure performed. I have worked extremely hard in the gym & kitchen for several years but just had some problem areas I couldn't get on my own. I seriously thought that I was doing the right thing by having the Aqualipo, that it was going to solve my problem. I cannot believe I paid $4200 and I can't tell a difference. Very disappointing!!!!!! I had my Aqualipo performed on September 12th @ 10:00AM for 3 areas - upper abs, lower abs and "love" handles. My procedure was not performed by Dr. Emerson due to him being on vacation, but this was not an issue to me as I was advised the performing doctor was trained by Dr. Emerson. The procedure was extremely painful! I knew I would be awake for the procedure but I defiantly did not realize I would be in as much pain as I was for the entire procedure! The procedure is called "lunch break lipo" but there was no way I was going to work the next day. I was on the couch or in bed for 3 days other than walking to the bathroom and such. Before my procedure I was told there was a 6 week recovery, when in actuality there is a "recommended" 12 week recovery. The actual doctor only saw me one time, at my 6 week check-up. The doctor only saw my results in pictures and never looked at me in person without my garment on. I had concerns about how my belly looked and was told that once the swelling/bruising went away it would look great, just wear my garment except for baths. I wore the garment for a full 12 weeks and only took it off to take a bath and to workout. I started taking it off for workouts after 6-8 weeks due to having to wash it so much, I was concerned about to much wear/tear. I am very disappointed with the results. I was told they took 2 liters of fat from my body, however my clothes don't fit any different and I haven't lost any weight. I am the most let down with the way my belly looks. I feel like my belly is flabby, whereas before it may have been bigger but it was at least firm/tight skin, not flabby. I just over all am not happy with my procedure or the results. I kept thinking it would look better at the end of my 12 weeks but unfortunately it still looks the same after 6 months. I can tell the biggest difference on my love handles, but the belly just didn't turn out the way I expected. ladies, ladies , ladies, I have the aqualipo 2 years ago. The effects are not permanent and they don't tell you that. Also DO NOT get the transplant of fat to enhance your breasts. Today I had a biopsy to see if I have breast cancer. They believe the calcifications are from the fat transplant. The fat has left more than 8 oil cysts and some calcifications. Even though they believe they came from the fat transplant, they have to check it to be sure. My breasts were great for about one year and then they flattened out again. With all that I am going through right now and the scare of cancer, it was NOT worth it in any way. read more

I had aqualipo done 7 months ago. I was only a size 6, but wanted some fat removed from the abdomen. I wish I had considered traditional lipo as this procedure left me with a very uneven, lumpy, and oddly firm abdominal area. There is still some serious discomfort associated with the procedure, even after all this time. While I was very pleased with the fat transfer to the hands, the tummy was a huge disappointment. They suggested re-doing the upper abs but at an additional cost. I felt like this was a huge waste of money. read more

I was not happy at all with my results, there was no change in the inner thighs or the ab's. After my 3 month Follow up, I requested a refund. I thought that the advertisement is very Misleading, after I had my Procedure done. I did not return to work in 2 or 3 day's , per there advertisement. But I do not have a desk job either , I work production. After my 6 month's follow up, still NO Change. I then requested a complete refund. I received a call from the Clinical Administrator over the Brentwood office who Denied my request for a refund. I then File a claim with the Better Business Bureau. The Clinical Administrator made false Allocations and Statement about me and my claim. From 4-3-2013 to 5-1-2013 there were 4 letter's Written from both party's Involved that were Exchanged thought the BBB Dept. About 1/2 way thought all of this NuBody concepts made me an offer of a free touch-up on the ares I had the produce done. I did not accept there offer, due to many Factors involved. Due to the False Allocations and Statements, no faith or trust in the Management, Did not have anymore Vacation time left, And I just did not have any Good Feeling about going back after everything that has been said. They where also saying that I had a medical Condition, is the Reason I did not lose any weight. My medical Condition that they are speaking about is that I do not have my Thyroid , which I have all blood work paper which state's my T-3 and T-4 where in range. After i Denied the free touch up offer , I did Reply to there offer. Per NuBody concepts contract a touch up is 900.00 per area treated, that a total of 4,500.00 dollor. I payed 5,000.00 for my produce, and still paying. So I reply to lower the amount of my refund that I was asking for from 5,000.00 to 3,500.00 so both party's could try and find a Reasonable Agreement. The BBB Dept regret that I was not satisfied, but they exhausted there resource 4-30-2013. As bad as I hate to say, I did call NuBody Concept back today 5-1-2013 at 11:15 am and ask to speak to the Clinical Adminstrator. When the Administrator got on the phone, I told her who it was on the phone. I then said that I know there has been a lot said, but I was wounding about the offer. Was the free touch up still open, she said No, we have Released you as a Patient and closed you file. She told me that I have been very Rude, and there is nothing Else to talk about. I did tell her that she was the one being rude, you Flat out lied about me and the other Customer that came in for a Consultation that day. If any question just go to the BBB Web Site and read case. If I have it to do over( being that it took me 5 years to be able to Finally do this for my self) I would just go and get the old lip-o done. Well to begin with, I blame myself for actually doing this in the first place. I've always been told that when things sound too good to be true...they probably are, and for ME, this was a case of just that. I totally regret ever doing this and it has been six months since my proceedure. I waited that length of time purposely since they advised me that some people don't see results until then and after the large amount of money i spent on this, I wanted to make sure I gave it every possible opportunity to see results. I had the aqualipo on my abs and back and stomach and also the natural fill. I followed everything to the very letter and did everything that was asked and I must say that the staff there is very kind and reassuring in every way. They made a believer out of me. I couldn't ask for friendlier folks. The doctor was also very nice on the day of my proceedure and I was totally excited about the changes I was told that would take place. However, for ME, I have seen absolutely no change whatsoever which makes me want to kick myself for putting my hard earned savings into this in the first place. My only hope is that someone actually got some great results for their hard earned money. This was a very expensive lesson for me and one that I will remember for quite some time. I would not advise ANYONE to have Aqualipo at NuBody Concepts in Brentwood. At my consultation prior to the procedure I was assured that there would be at least some results " at the very least you will be wearing a size smaller jeans". This was not the case, if anything my jeans fit worse than before. I also do not feel that I was given all the information that should have been disclosed prior to the procedure, such as the very excessive amount of drainage after the procedure and that you are required to wear a compression garment 23 hours per day for 12 weeks after the procedure. At my follow up visit I was seen by another physician that commented that he did see only miniamal results from my before and after picture, that there were areas he would have taken out more if he had done the procedure. He told me that since I was not satisfied with the results he could do a tummy tuck. This whole thing is a rip off. Not worth 1/10th of what I paid and nothing was as advertised or promised. VERY DISSAPPOINTING. They did offer to "touch up" the procedure for a discounted price of $1,300, I was stupid enough to give them money once but not twice. Office staff are very friendly but I agree with PINKY G. that is part of the act to get your maney for nothing. read more
