Expressed sincere care and concern for making sure we were happy and a commitment to making sure the manufacturer stood behind their product if there were any concerns. Great company. I only chose this contractor because the previous owner used them and I wanted to match the flooring after a water leak. They are super expensive, took forever to start, and then walked off the job, leaving me high and dry. All because I asked a question about a $500 additional charge over their bid. Luckily I found Izzy's installations (Highly recommended!) They did a fantastic job at a great price, and corrected an area where Central Coast Flooring put the tiles in crooked. Izzy's was very pleasant to work with and such a refreshing change of pace.

They were less than Phillips but I didn't have much confidence in them. Sandy came to our house and helped me pick a runner than stands out just a little bit and goes with our flooring. Today, the installers came, Angel and Bryan. They arrived on time, were courteous, we asked questions and they were answered. Angel explained where the glue and nails were. They put down a padding that would level each step, so the bull nose was no longer felt. We have some leftover carpet pieces, so will have a couple of 2x3 feet rugs for in front of a couple of doors. As far as value I think it was good, due to the service of everyone involved.

He came to my house to provide me with a quote. I set up an appointment for a week later. He got the tasks done quickly and he did a fab job!
