They were efficient, tidy, and their attention to detail was great. Another vendor had told us we would need to use caulk to cover a tricky seam, but David actually undercut the drywall and slid the laminate right underneath for a perfect, seamless look. I said hiring movers was not needed last time they installed carpet in my house about ten years ago. I assume that if extra time was needed because I have a house full of furniture, it was included in the bid. Carlos and Eddie installed the carpet. They are consummate professionals and seasoned installers. They were here for 2+ days and did a precise and beautiful job. They were so kind to me and my cats! They asked all the right questions and were friendly and humorous throughout the entire process. Gavin showed up to help with heavy projects. If you are considering getting flooring done, look elsewhere…read more Kris is a very nice guy and seems professional. From there, it goes downhill. They did our living room, dining room and Kitchen. The first day they showed up with a demolition trailer which leaked hydraulic oil onto my driveway, wrecking a large area of the interlocking pavers. Kris accepted it was his fault and promised to "make it right." 4 months later and countless calls to him and I finally had someone come and fix my driveway. Regarding the floors, they are a joke. Again, I have called and asked Kris to come and see about making it right but I always get some run around about how busy they are, he'll be over tomorrow, blah, blah, blah. They left large gaps (up to 3/8 of an inch) between boards and simply filled it with wood filler. When we first saw it, we thought it looked great. However, over the first few weeks, the filler fell out so now the wood does not fit together even close. The boards are cupping in different locations and various other problems. I honestly think a 6 year old could have done this quality of work. I spent a lot of money to have my floors done and what I have it pretty pathetic. Given that Kris is not interested in making it right, I'll probably be stuck having to hire someone else that can come in and fix what is wrong. The bottom line: Call someone else

Well, I struggled with what to rate this as and I am giving it one star. Here is the reasons:…read more 1) I had to scub inside the toilet bowl for quite a while to get rid of the staining caused by the waste-water the workers dumped into it. 2) I am Still trying to remove the overspray stains caused by the workers when working on the floor of the kitchen. They managed to get the stainless steel door on my SubZero refrigerator and the stains won't come out! 3) It took most of the weekend, but the overspray on the walls, bathtub, etc took a lot of scrubbing but I finally got the stains out. If I had it to do all over, I would have chosen a different company. P.S. I was quoted $2,000 but the quote did not include the laundry room floor and some minor recaulking. That increased the price by $175.
