While the contractor was making repairs, Charley was abe to spray the area after the repairs were made and before the new insulation was applied. This kept the repairs on schedule for the roofers to finish their work. He was also able to treat around the foundation to reduce the chance of a recurrence. I plan to follow his recommendations for future prevention.

We usually go thru so many bottles of repellant every year trying to keep the nuisances away, and it's always hard to feel confident in repellants that are safe enough for our little ones while also trying to find a product that actually works. Just that I had been sent to collections. My point is that there manager knows nothing about customer service or even how to help , in a not so good situation. What if you need follow up on something no manager. By the way after the second time over the phone when I asked to speak to the manager, I got hung up on. Just beware management doesn't respond.
