Zach Wolfe, the technician or Wildlife Removal Specialist on our job, was nothing short of spectacular. A raccoon had torn a hole in a roof soffit and was going and coming periodically, probably in advance of giving birth to kits in a nest she had prepared in our attic. Zach did a fantastic job of trapping and relocating the raccoon humanely and then sealed each and every possible opening on our roof and side of our house, replacing existing soffit vents with stronger aluminum coverings. He also cleaned and sanitized the attic. I cannot say enough about the high level of Zach's competence, care and professionalism. He's easily one of the best service providers I've encountered in South Florida. read more

Terrible service. No communication. No email to write to. They write reports that are basically useless so you never know what is happening at your house. If you don't watch them like a hawk I am not sure if they even go. I think they do the bare minimum to get paid and never solve the problem - in my case a rodent problem. read more

WARNING- This is one of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional, terrible quality of work and their customer service was a joke. Not only was the work expensive but the technician and owner were very unprofessional, RUDE and aggressive towards myself and realtor involved in the sell of my house. I did not feel comfortable with their services and felt they would be vindictive. STAY AWAY!! They not only filled up an area that our air conditioner unit condensed out of which caused us to have repairs on our brand new AC system, they screened in our crawl space with a bunch of debris in between rather then cleaning them out before which is just plain lazy and wrong. They also left all their screen clippings on our roof. Everything about their service was terrible, can't explain it enough. They kept their money because I didn't even want to deal with them in court but just know they are a con artist of a business in my opinion! read more

I initially was really impressed with Nuissance Wildlife, but I quickly changed my opinion after a few weeks of their service. I was concerned about rats in our attic and Phil came immediately to investigate. He was extremely professional, and confirmed that it looked like we had a problem. He showed me video of footprints but failed to mention there were no droppings. We signed him up for service - trap the existing rats, seal the house and then monitor on a monthly basis. After 10 days of trapping, no rats had been caught, and the technician who was monitoring them admitted that there didn't seem to be any evidence of rats. When I called Phil to discuss, he said that he would allow us to cancel the contract since there didn't seem to be any evidence of rats (e.g., droppings, animals in traps). We had spent close to $2000 at this point for the sealing and monitoring of the traps. Phil did not accept responsibility for overstating our rat problem. The next month, I had a $215 cancellation on my Amex bill. I tried to reach Phil to discuss, as this was not we had agreed to, and he never returned my call or text. While he seems professional, knowledgable and well mannered, he proved to be untrustworthy and pretty slimy. I'm mad at myself for trusting him and would caution anyone considering Nuissance Wildlife to think again - we got swindled and I hope my review keeps it from happening to anyone else. read more

I have been using Nuisance Wildlife Rangers for a few years now. They do a fantastic job. Anthony Bland and team really understand pest problems and how best to eliminate, eradicate and prevent future occurrences. It is never as easy as just spraying or trapping. They are always polite and professional and they email a detailed report after each visit. We had a small issue just recently and they came out within four hours and helped us out. You tell them the service you want, in my case identify animal in attic. On site for the first meeting, Phil told me I had rats up there. I told him I was sure I did not. He then upsold me on the rat service and they not only did not find any rats they never identified the animal in my attic. It was a total waste of my time and money. We caught a raccoon in a trap that had been killing a lot of our chickens (it dug under the coop and got inside) we didn't really know what to do with it so we called these guys to come and remove it. We called in the morning and was told we would be contacted by their guy shortly, hours went by, eventually I got a call about 6-7 hours after I called them. I was quoted a price of $130 to transfer the raccoon from our trap to their trap and remove from our property. Then told I would receive another call from that guys guy shortly with an ETA. I waited another 2 hours and finally got the call. This guy said what he was gonna do was take our trap, release the raccoon and come back with our trap. Immediately that set off a couple red flags so I asked where he was gonna release it and he said there's a wildlife preserve really close to us. So I looked up where it was and basically he wanted us to pay $130 for them to borrow our trap so he could go and release the raccoon a couple streets behind our house and come back. Basically a total scam and a waste of money because where they were gonna release the raccoon was probably exactly where it came from in the first place so it would just come right back and finish off the rest of our chickens. Needless to say we did not go through with the service and I have a feeling that we will be dealing with the raccoons a lot if that's where these guys are releasing them all from our neighborhood. We have added extra security to our chicken coop but it was absolutely ridiculous that they wanted to charge that much, that guy was probably laughing thinking we would end up paying him $130 every day to catch the same raccoon each night. Do not recommend these people if you are looking to get rid of a nuisance animal they just do whatever is easy for them and take every shortcut they can to scam you out of your money. read more

dont trust these people. their website says they have 5 stars.. used tgem in good faith to deal with smell in attic. they sold us on a bill of goods and said they pest proofed the house and spent two weeks trapping "rats" in the attic. no rats were found, smell persisted. months after we returned to house smell same. they sent a guy and he found a dead possum carcass. seems it eluded them in the two weeks. the pest proofing on roof included a shower curtain stuffed into a vent. this all cost $1200. they then charged $100 for "early termination". qw consider these guys to be crooks and we regret having them here. they lied about everything and when we asked about the sales guy, he was "fired". i would have given no star but not an option. imagine a horrible smell lasting for months after paying someone to get rid of it. aweful! read more

I used Nuisance Wildlife Rangers for raccoon trapping. My service included 7 days, and they removed the traps after 6 nights of trapping. I had two traps in the yard, and on the 5th day when they removed a racoon in one trap, they did not even replace the trap so it was then down to one. They were supposed to put repellant pellets out at the end of the service and this never happened. I left a few messages with the receptionist about the final day they missed and the repellants and never got any calls back. I was satisfied with the service for the first 5 days but felt I was ultimately ripped off and cannot recommend them. read more

This is the 2nd experience I have had with this company. The 1st was to remove a hornets nest in my attic. Based on the thorough service and professional attention, I never hesitated to call them about a growing raccoon problem. My patio is not their toilet and my pool is not their bathtub. Joey laid out a plan of baiting, trapping and then ultimately repelling. So far... 2 weeks in, we caught a half dozen raccoons and a few possum. Adam, my technician is the consummate professional. Prompt, clean, and humane to the captured critters. Who knows how long this will take to clear the area of these varments but I'm glad to have the Nuissance Wildlife Rangers handling it for us. read more

This company is fraudulent and should be investigated. The manager Phil came to my home and without even looking in my attic he tried to charge me for all sorts of things I didn't need for rodents in my attic. I told him I have seen iguanas on my roof and that is what's making sounds in my attic. After he quoted me for over 2k I decided to look for another company. I had critter control come out and did a complete inspection of home they were able to fix the problem that day under 250$. Warning Nuisance Wildlife Rangers are scam artist. read more

Beware this company is a scam. Had a service with them for a couple months now and after seeing them charge my account once a month but never seeing anyone ever at my house I decided to look at the cameras and see just what was going on. Using the time on the paperwork when they say they were here I checked cameras and never saw anyone service our home. After trying to cancel they tried to charge me a cancellation fee but after telling them I have footage proving no one serviced the house they immediately removed the cancelation fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a rodent (mole) problem and called them to come out. They had me sign a contract saying they would come out once a month to lay traps and repellent to get rid of it. A total of $1,500 which I thought was ridiculous but I signed anyways. I Laid out $500 up front and $75 per month there after. They said they would send me emails letting me know when they would be coming out every month and keep me posted with updates. Well after 3 months of not hearing from them or getting any emails I figured they weren't even coming out and just billing me for nothing. I called and cancelled my contract and told them I was not interested in their so called service anymore because they were not coming out and taking care of what I was paying them for. So today I got a call from a debt collector to pay the balance. So all in all I payed a lot of money, still have the mole problem. Would give this company a big fat zero If I could, honestly costumer service was terrible and expensive to have zero results! Trust me save yourself from this company. read more
