It is such a pleasure to write a glowing review about a business that actually KNOWS their business and takes pride in their work. Recently, due to Covid, we did not travel to our winter residence. As such, having turned off the water, the toilet bowl water evaporated leaving the bowls empty. To our surprise, a few critters made their way into our home even though we were not there to offer them proper accommodations and a hot meal!!!They made quite the mess and enjoyed "free reign" in the space. When our relative went in to check the home he discovered droppings all over the bathrooms and other areas. AAA to the rescue! AAA Critter Trapper came in when they said they would be there, set multiple traps and came back several times to dispose of "the guests"!! They were honest, responsible and extremely knowledgeable. They followed up by moving all furniture, checking closets etc. to insure that all the "guests" had vacated the premises. Following all of this, they also did a thorough cleanup. It was hard work, tedious and time consuming but we are so thrilled that our home is free of guests and Spring fresh and clean. No one likes to address this scenario but if ever you find yourself in this predicament call AAA Critter Control. They will put your mind at ease and do a terrific job. So my husband started hearing scratching in the walls of our house and we knew we had some unwelcome guests visiting us. I went into panic mode and began looking on google for rodent removal companies. The first one we called gave us a job number and told us someone would return our call, no one ever did. In the meantime I came across AAA Critter Trapper & Repair. We called and left a message and got a return call immediately, and this was 8:45 on a Friday night. They came out the next morning and I can't say enough about Bobby Sue and Jason....they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and just all around good people. They filled in points of entry and set traps and 2 rats were caught. They came back for the next 2 weeks checking our traps and there hasn't been anymore scratching or rats caught. We also have holes in our yard that we hired a company to help us figure out and catch what was causing it. Lots of money later and no answers of what was making the holes. Jason looked at the holes and immediately determined they were rat tunnels. They also used a camera and were able to identify holes in our sewer pipe in our yard. What a great experience working with AAA! We had a funky smell in our home and couldn't figure it out. We called a plumber but he was unable to find the source of the smell. We were referred to AAA who came highly recommended. We called and they came over to the house within a short period of time. Bobby Sue, Jason, and Jimmy are all courteous, professional, efficient. They found the dead rodent causing the smell and removed it quickly. As they come into your home, they sniff the air and they can tell what the smell is coming from (amazing!). Bobby Sue and Jason own the company and I believe this makes a difference to them. This is not just a job to them; this is their livelihood. They take customer service seriously but they still manage to be kind and personable. You will not be pressured into anything and the consultation is free. I am sure that the person that gave the 1 star review is bogus!. I would not be surprised if it was a competitor. AAA sets the bar very high and it would be hard for other companies to compete with them. I just wanted to take a moment to write a well deserved 5 star review for Critter Trapper and Repair. Without going into too much detail Bobbi Sue demonstrated her extensive experience the first day on our job. We had been getting nightly visits from what we thought was rats but were perplexed as to how they could be getting in. we had every vent or pipe previously covered to keep these critters out and after 30 min on the job using her snake camera she was able to detect a broken pipe in a wall where plumbing had been done to add an outdoor sink. The contractor, cutting corners had neglected to cap a sewer pipe over 9 years ago . Yes we had to open the wall to fix it but you could clearly see that this was the problem. Only her expertise could have put her in the position of asking us the right questions about remodeling etc. I trusted her judgment and within a week she and her partner husband trapped the rat who at this point was stuck in our house without an escape route. It took a little time but without her insistence on finding the source we would still be dealing with this problem today. They did a great job and I recommend them to anyone serious about solving a problem and not just trapping a rat. read more

An update to my review of this great company!! I could Not be happier than what I am now. Bobbie and Jason got rid of not only a rat infestation but they also got rid of my trauma and returned my sanity. The noises of the huge critters prevented me to sleep in my house and eventually I had to leave. I was going crazy with no sleep and the noise was so loud that I thought they were eventually coming through the ceiling in my master bathroom and master bedroom. Bobbie Sue and Jason recommended actions to solve the problem once for all in their second visit. In my case they recommended a plumbing fix and it worked. Their knowledge was a winner. The previous company hired by the association kept coming week after week checking the traps (never caught one) but they did not offer a definite solution to the point they stopped coming and my husband had to get rid of a huge rat that was beginning to smell ( we were out of town) the only one rat in about 10-12 visits to my house. Amazing people!! We were using another company but they weren't getting the job done. They were placing these sticky traps but nothing was being caught. We would still here scratching and noises in the walls and attic. Sleepless nights especially for our little baby who would get up numerous times throughout the night. I luckily ran into these nice folks who were doing a job at our neighbors so I went up to them and told them our situation. I have been dealing with noise in my walls due to rats who came in possibly through an open pipe. Prior to Bobby Sue and Jason coming out I had dealt with a handyman and an exterminating company who couldn't solve my problem nor were experts in the field. Bobby Sue and Jason were recommended by a neighbor and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they've been. They came out to my house immediately looked around my property went in my attic went in my neighbors attic and determined how the rats got in my wall. My daughter was scared when she got up at night and heard scratching noises coming from the attic. I heard them also and in the morning called AAA Critter Trapper and Repair. They came right away and gave me a thorough, free inspection detailing and showing me what the problem was. Mice were getting in the attic through small openings on the roof on a relatively new (15-year-old) house. We settled on a reasonable price and they went to work. They sealed all the openings with mesh and cement and the work was clean and professional. They were extremely timely and friendly on their follow-up visits to make sure they had cleared the problem and told me to call them any time during the 1 year warranty, if I suspected any additional "intruders". I had been hearing scratching noises coming up from the attic for a while and finally decided to have someone come out and take a look. AAA came out and gave me a reasonable price to not only remove any critters but to prevent them from returning by closing any existing pathways into the attic from the outside. They did the work and I have not heard any noises from the attic since then. They have come back out to check the attic multiple times and are always willing to come out if needed. It has been very nice to deal with someone who is willing to go above and beyond the minimum effort expected. I was outside with my dog late one night and all of a sudden, I saw three rats on my porch. AAA Critter Trapper & Repair was recommended highly on our neighborhood website, so I called them the next day. They came out quickly, found signs of rodent infestation in our attic, closed off access from several sources during that visit and set traps. Within a week the rodents had been removed and the attic left in a state to quickly detect any unlikely future infestation. Communication was excellent throughout. Bobbie Sue and Jason were fantastic! We heard noises in our attic and knew there was something up there. I called them at 8:45 am and there were able to be at my house by 10:15. Within an hour they captured the opossum from the attic and sealed the hole it entered through. They also treated the animal very nicely and took it with them to release back into the wild. Had critters in my attic that my exterminator could not get rid of. Called AAA Critter Trapper & Repair. They were wonderful to deal with. He came several times and set traps and get rid of all of the critters. They always came and they said they would and we're always on time. After the critters were gone I hired them to clean out the attic. Again did an excellent job. Absolutely the best people around. I called them at 8:30 p.m. to remove a rat from our garage and they showed up less than 30 minutes later. Removed the rat and even set up more new traps. Great company! Called another big name company when Mom had a guest complain about a terrible smell in the guest room. They came, searched the attic, found nothing but were willing to seal the roof and dryer openings and told us the smell would go away over time, What?.
