After calling several towing services we luckily came across A-1 Towing. They were awesome. From arriving in 30 minutes (we had waited two hours for the original company) and doing an outstanding job on a vehicle who would not even let us release the parking break. The wheels were frozen. He loaded my car, drove us home, and delivered my Volvo perfectly. The tow truck driver was courteous and obviously cared a great deal about their service. Don't look anywhere else!

We called AAA to help us, and A&R Towing came to take us to the shop. When the mechanic arrived the next morning to begin repairs, they found fluid on the ground. They took pictures of the driveway and the parking lot and the pan, but to no avail. Because of their negligence, they added another $300 + in repairs. Since I make 850$ a month, this is a very difficult expense for me. They refuse to admit they did the damage. AAA also refuses to help us. This is terrible.

He was able to…read morequickly and easily coordinate a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) for a 2011 Bentley GTC at a local dealer. Ross was the only person in an almost 50 mile radius who could actually read all diagnostic and fault codes for this Bentley (other inspection services could only read generic codes common to all vehicles) so I knew he would be able to inspect every system in the vehicle. Sure enough, he found that the Bentley was throwing codes and that the engine was misfiring. In addition, he did an extremely thorough review of the cars exterior, interior (revelalng more issues that the dealer did not disclose in their online pics) and a great job checking out the under carriage. All in all, Ross gave me exactly the info and details I needed to know that this vehicle was going to be a problem and a money sink. Thank you!
