Many places seems like they have young, uneducated people, far from being nail technicians, taking care of some customers. On a trip to Walla Walla I walked by this little place, peeked inside and got a good vibe right away. It looked clean, professional and up to date. They do not take walk ins but to my luck someone just called and cancelled their appointment as I walked in. I had my nails done by Cherish who also is the owner. Super sweet and very skilled. I saw two other ladies getting a pedicure while I was there and when I'm in town next time I'm booking that for sure!
