Excellent service- respectful, responsive, and great customer care. The sales agent I was dealing with was very good. I called the sales group requesting information about an HRV. I already test drove the car at another nearby Honda but had poor service. That other place was so busy and inattentive, inflexible. One of the 4 examples of what went wrong- (e.g.) I had to wait 45 minutes to speak to the sales person for a prescheduled appointment. Unfortunately I had to cancel other appointments that afternoon due to cascading impacts. After a few days of delays, inflexible negotiations etc, I went on a limb and called Number 7. I called Number 7 took care of me immediately. Their reception knew what an HRV was, and referred me to the right place (sales vs service, unlike the last place). I spoke to Louie in the sales department and he took care of me from that moment. He was very respectful of my time and of me in general, answered all my questions quickly and within that 30 minutes of discussions (of course I did my homework, which made negotiations smoother) got the job done. I am a loyal Honda customer (2 other Honda cars)- and will be going back to Louie at Number 7 for any future purchases. read more

I recently decided to get a new car and wanted a SUV. I did a ton of research into options from Nissan, Kia, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, and Ford. I visited 8 dealerships, spent hours online reading reviews, and spoke to family and friends. Finally after much debate and several test drives, I narrowed it down to Nissan or Honda. I went to the Nissan dealership and was told to have a seat and wait for a dealer to meet with me. We waited over 30 minutes before deciding to walk over to Number 7 Honda instead. The minute we walked in we knew this felt like a different type of dealership. We were greeted by Carlos Kakar. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy or standing over our shoulders as we looked around. Carlos let us take our time, and was very reasonable when negotiating price. He didn't pull any of the usual tactics I had seen in the other dealership visits, there were no high pressure sales techniques, they even help push the paperwork through to get the car faster for us. Purchased a 2012 Civic from number 7 and on delivery I brought in the full amount forgetting that i had left a one thousand dollar deposit. a few days later i called and asked to speak to the manager Chuck Via but he was off so they passed me to the Genaral Manager Nelson Caetano who i reported the error he put me on hold and after a few minutes returned and told me that the overpayment was caught by accounting and that a refund was issued! Yah right that is what all car dealers say the cheque is in the mail !! WELL that evening when i got home my wife told me that a cheque for $1000 was sent be number 7 honda for overpayment! We went to this Honda dealership on a whim as we were out truck hunting and ended up buying a used minivan from them. Sonu, our salesman, was great, very informative, helpful and friendly. We had a ton of questions for him, both before the purchase and after, and he never seemed to mind answering them - if he couldn't give us an answer, he was honest about it and would check with his colleagues for one to give us. We had some minor repairs and servicing done on the minivan and Sonu was a great help both times as well. Love the van; it runs great! We keep Sonu's card with the insurance info, so he is never more than a phone call away. read more

I bought my Honda Accord from another dealership. I've had Accords for about 9 years now. Number 7 Honda is #1 in customer service. I've been there 3 times for different problems and each time, I have walked out extremely satisfied. I don't feel the Service Advisors are there to rip me off which is the feeling I get from other dealerships.
