Delays in shipping, etc. Now it's 10 months later and the catalytic converter has FAILED. It will need to be replaced. The warranty process is a nightmare as Magnaflow requires that you go through the original seller, which is these guys. I'm no longer in the area where I was when it was installed, so I can't even go back there for installing a replacement. Meanwhile my car is NOT safe to drive, leaving me stranded in Los Angeles without dependable transportation as a disabled person. You do get what you pay for. I'm now suspecting that their prices are lower because they're selling defective parts. The guy who did the install insisted that he only needed to replace the center piece and not the pipes because the material of the Magnaflow pipes was inferior to the original parts on my car. I have a 2016 Kia Soul with 96,000 miles. The catalytic converter had failed at 90,000 miles. So this one has only 6,000 miles on it, and is now needing replacement. They are unreachable by email, and I suspect I'll be getting a runaround about this.

ALL MY AFTERMARKET POWDER COAT SPIKES WERE SCRATCHED UP. PLUS 2 OF MY RIMS ARE SCRATCHED UP. If I try to go in I will prob get no where since it was done last year. That's completely unacceptable. I did not bring the rims in like that nor the bolts. 0 STARS. JUST HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE.

I brought my car here for a full chrome delete package which involved paint and wrapping. They properly stripped everything that needed painting and did it VERY cleanly. I had some concerns with the wrap on the window, and rather than let me leave Frank INSISTED I leave it an extra day so his guys can COMPLETELY REDO all the window trim wraps. Suffice to say I came back the next day and all my concerns were addressed. He also did a little muffler modification and it was PERFECT. My father who has worked at an automotive company for 25+ years even complimented the cleanliness on the welds. It's been about 2-3 weeks and everything is perfect. I even had a Little Rock chip on my grill, which frank offered to completely fix for free just because he wanted his work represented properly out there. Don't hesitate to do business with Skyline, I had an incredible customer service experience unlike the other mentions. Give Frank a try, he'll do everything possible to make it happen for you.
