Place is a scam got some work done there last summer went to an exaust specialist today to get something installed he said the welding was butchered and cut and welded a bunch of times. The piping they put was too big causing uneven exaust flow. Also I bought a magnaflow part he said they installed something else there. So I went to check my rims that I had swapped out for winter. ALL MY AFTERMARKET POWDER COAT SPIKES WERE SCRATCHED UP. PLUS 2 OF MY RIMS ARE SCRATCHED UP. If I try to go in I will prob get no where since it was done last year. That's completely unacceptable. I did not bring the rims in like that nor the bolts. 0 STARS. JUST HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE. read more

I'm very surprised to see so many negative reviews about Skyline, since I can't stop praising them to my friends. I brought my car here for a full chrome delete package which involved paint and wrapping. They properly stripped everything that needed painting and did it VERY cleanly. I had some concerns with the wrap on the window, and rather than let me leave Frank INSISTED I leave it an extra day so his guys can COMPLETELY REDO all the window trim wraps. Suffice to say I came back the next day and all my concerns were addressed. He also did a little muffler modification and it was PERFECT. My father who has worked at an automotive company for 25+ years even complimented the cleanliness on the welds. It's been about 2-3 weeks and everything is perfect. I even had a Little Rock chip on my grill, which frank offered to completely fix for free just because he wanted his work represented properly out there. Don't hesitate to do business with Skyline, I had an incredible customer service experience unlike the other mentions. Give Frank a try, he'll do everything possible to make it happen for you. read more

These guys are a disaster and so bad costumer service. I brought my car there to repaint the bumper. The end result color is totally off! My car is an off white and they put a white color on top of it. I complained and said I will never bring my car nor refer any clients! The owner joined his hands as if he's praying and said "please don't ever come back" Oh my gosh what kind of costumer service is that? Unbelievable read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! CONNIVING MOTHER F***ERS!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I got my Jeep Wrangler customized from these guys and it was supposed to be a 1 week job max. Not only did they take over a month to do this, but the job was still not complete. My slant back roof was not completely put on, had missing pieces and I had to change the roof by myself due to rain leaking through. On top of that they scratched up my paint and claimed "it was already scratched" Later that week we realized we had forgotten to take back our original stuff. So we called Frankie and he said to we can come back when the "new" roof. we waited for the call for weeks and weeks and never once got a call back after that we called him multiple times and received the same answer. 6 months later I decided to go personally sort stuff out . At first he wouldn't come to the front from the back of the shop and when he did he acted like he didn't know what we were talking about. he had one of his guys to go look for the stuff and during that time he told me that i had to pay him for "storage" which is completely ridiculous. when they guy came back frank completely blew up in my face and demanded i paid him for storage. i went to see the tires and it turned out they weren't even mine! So he stole my tires, suspension, and roof and demands that i pay him! COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! read more

The owner Frank is a crook and a scammer. I dropped off some aftermarket parts to be painted and they couldn't even paint them properly. When asked why the clearcoat had drips everywhere, Frank told me to leave and never come back again "or else." Don't know who this guy thinks he is, however one thing is for sure. He is a crook/scammer. BEWARE. Avoid this place at all costs. Apparently I'm not the first one to have a bad experience with this place. Just google them. read more

If I could give no stars, that's what my review would consist of...not a single star. The shop has a bunch of highend vehicles in for tire and rim jobs, but none are in for cosmetic repairs (the shop should stick to tire rotations and basic services). Baiscally, don't bring your car here if you expect good service and workmanship. The guys don't seem to care about getting the job done right...it took them a month and a half to finish my work, and it came out looking like it was repaird by a High School automotive/body shop class -actually, I think a couple high school students could have done a better and more careful job. They couldn't even do the proper techinique to ensure my paint runs/drips were gone...don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the time of dealing with a business that doesn't care about customer satisfaction. read more

I wish I could give a zero star rating! I too have had a very bad experience with this company. They have the worst customer service. Long story short they were to paint/wrap the logos and roof on my Mercedes. It was supposed to be a three day job. When I went to pick up the car only the roof was done and my car was missing all it's logos. They gave me a good two to three weeks of run around. I finally mentioned their customer service is bad and all hell broke loose. Four guys surrounded me, getting right up in my face. Cursing and telling me to get the f*** out. I left without my pieces and had already paid two thirds. I went back in and tried to be the better person and apologized. Hoping to get my pieces and be done with this place. They gave me all my pieces but one was missing. They demanded I pay in full but I held my ground and said when I get my final piece you will get the rest of your money. All this time I was the one calling and chasing after them for my job to be completed. I told myself forget about the piece and don't deal with these people again since they are not civilized. Two months past and finally Frank called me (with an unknown number) to come and pick up the last piece. When I told him don't worry about it, the cursing and threats began. Please note I found out they broke my front grill so i didn't feel like I owed them anything. After my conversation with Frank, I contacted the police and made a report as a threat had been made against me and my car. I only wish I had done some research on these clowns before giving these scam artists my business. read more

Delays in shipping, etc. Now it's 10 months later and the catalytic converter has FAILED. It will need to be replaced. The warranty process is a nightmare as Magnaflow requires that you go through the original seller, which is these guys. I'm no longer in the area where I was when it was installed, so I can't even go back there for installing a replacement. Meanwhile my car is NOT safe to drive, leaving me stranded in Los Angeles without dependable transportation as a disabled person. You do get what you pay for. I'm now suspecting that their prices are lower because they're selling defective parts. The guy who did the install insisted that he only needed to replace the center piece and not the pipes because the material of the Magnaflow pipes was inferior to the original parts on my car. I have a 2016 Kia Soul with 96,000 miles. The catalytic converter had failed at 90,000 miles. So this one has only 6,000 miles on it, and is now needing replacement. They are unreachable by email, and I suspect I'll be getting a runaround about this.

I had spoken to a gentleman named Jay on Facebook messenger had given me a price and asked me to call into the office to book an apointment that was convenient for me .I booked an apointment for 1pm over the phone with there receptionist . The ship or wheelhouse is located in an industrial zone in a free standing building that looks more like an office space then a tire or shop space ..there office space was very professionally set up nothing like you would expect from a tire shop but more in line with a tech company. I arrived early at 12:45 and receptionist asked me to have s seat in there lounge (waiting area) they seemed to be following all Covid protocols. After 30 minutes waiting I approached the receptionist again and asked if she had forgot about me and that my apointment was att 1pm . Her english was very poor hard to understand and not sure how much she understood me to be honest , not the best person to work your reception greeting and managing your front line customers ...anyways after approaching her she said she would be right with me . I sat for another 15 minutes and she finally approached me and had my order confused from a tire rotation instead of tire purchase what I actually required . After the confusion was settled they finally took my car into shop for the tire change ..they did the tire change fairly quickly about 15 minutes . So that part of service was great but they need a better customer service with there apointment times ...I would probably use them again .

Great service, very knowledgable! Found them on instagram and have been looking for a place to do some work to my Range Rover.. from when I entered the parking lot I knew I was in the right place, there were 4 brand new Range Rovers parked out front, all modified, and so tasteful. I talked with Frank and could tell he knew what he was talking about, we ended up doing a complete SST Nero blackout package and powder coated the OEM wheels Gloss Black.. I am so so inlove with the way the truck looks!! the job was done absolutely perfect, they even powder coated the exhaust tips without me knowing to tie it all together! I am extremely happy with everything the whole team at Skyline has done for my Range, I know why they've been in business for over 40 years.. FYI if you're driving a Range Rover in Toronto and it hasn't been modified by Frank and his team at Skyline.. then it doesn't look right! read more

So I decided I wanted to give my A4 an upgrade but had no clue where to go and whom to trust. After doing a little research and talking to some friends and meeting with a few of the potential companies I decided on Skyline. I was a bit hesitant after my first interaction but Frank (whom I dealt with) won me over, he was straight forward and didn't just try to tell me what i wanted to hear. They have tons of experience working with high end cars and end clients, whom i actually met (won't name names). Although a little more expensive i knew the job would be done right and would have peace of mind, which was well worth It.
