Of course, they can't possibly have every known bearing in stock, so sometimes it can be a delay while they obtain from other sources (and, yes, I've received return calls when a bearing I've ordered has arrived). As only one of two bearing suppliers in town (that I know of), I find pricing for these guys reasonable. I just had need of a front wheel bearing for a 1953 British motorcycle. One source would have a U.K. based specialty house, but then I would have had to wait weeks for arrival. I called up Bohls.. it took the guy a few minutes of research on the phone, but finally confirmed they have a couple of the bearing I needed on the shelf. Sometimes circumstances can create a one-time bad experience, but I've bought from Bohls probably 10 times over the last few years, and always had satisfactory experiences.
