Best way to renew or get certified! I took my PALS initial certification here and it was so much better than I could have ever hoped for. Mike, the instructor was great, down to earth, and didn't start a new topic until everyone was clear on what we had learned so far. One of the people in my class has just finished her ACLS with NEO and said it was just as pain free. I've been a nurse for a LONG while and sat through many a renewal and cert classes, this one was the best. Plus Saturday class was super convenient for me, no traffic. San Diego Location My whole experience has been amazing with them. From when I first contacted Susan, she was super accommodating and flexible working with me. Then taking ACLS,PALS, and EKG, my instructor Betty was amazing as well!! She made the class super engaging and fun. I learned so much and even though the class was long, by the time class ended, I was sad to go. I also enjoyed having Betty's dog Randy in class. This is a great place to get your recerts done - I've done both ACLS and BLS here and have come away completely satisfied. This most recent recert this past weekend was no different. Great place to get all your recerts. They pretty much have every cert class you need, or at least I need, and seem to always have openings in their classes. Two years ago, I freaked out when I realized my NRP expired in 1 day and Nurses Ed saved my butt. Their class times and availability are immense and if you need a class in a pinch, they may be able to accommodate if you ask. I now know I never have to worry about all my recerts including, acls, bcls, pals, and nrp. I also found out they will be soon offering phtls to their line up of classes. And more importantly, the classes are stress free. Location is convenient and they have free snacks on the table. The Nutmeg bakery and cafe is right next door so you can grab a snack or coffee before or on break. read more

Vs each time I don't come here, I'm stressed and always think "I should have gone to NEO". The people here have been always very nice and accommodating.
