Orlando Nutrition is not your regular health food spot. This place has smoothies, energizing teas, protein coffees, waffles and doughnuts! I was surprised to see the varieties they had. I have been looking for a healthy replacement for coffee to keep me energized and these teas always do the trick. Made with green tea, vitamins and low on sugar. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and the energy it gave me. I was running on a few hours of sleep, took two workout classes, went to a festival and cooked dinner. No nap needed lol. Besides the quality of the products this place always has a welcoming vibe as if you are visiting friends. The staff is always super nice and makes a point of remembering you when you return. There are a lot of healthy spots but this place is definitely one of a kind. You can tell they really care about the health of the community as they have free community workouts during the week. Yummy local healthy tea and shake bar. They offer a wide variety of tea refreshers filled with metabolism boosters and healthy energy that just make you feel good! They have delicious shake flavors that have a ton of nutrients and are dairy free. I tried the Watermelon Jolly Rancher tea that was sooo tasty and thirst quenching. The Chunky Monkey shake was filling and sinfully delicious. They can also make these drinks kid friendly so I am looking forward to taking my kids here soon! I stopped in recently for a smoothie and a protein donut and wow, this stuff is good! The smoothie I got was the strawnana and the consistency reminded me more of a milkshake than a smoothie. It was really creamy, had a nice flavor, and was really filling. The oreo protein donut was really good as well. It's obviously not as sweet as a normal donut and the consistency was a little different too, maybe more dense - like a cake donut would be. They incorporate Herbalife products into their offerings, so you're getting a good dose of protein. I could honestly see these taking the place of a meal and I would be full. I want to come back and try one of the refershers because I couple of people ordered them while I was in and they looked amazing. One thing to note is that there isn't a sign, so it was a little hard to find them at first in the shopping center. But once I drove by again I was able to spot them. Super friendly staff in there too and they give great recommendations if you aren't sure what to order. read more

A friend and I stopped in at Orlando Nutrition after my son's doctor's appointment. I hadn't eaten any breakfast so I thought I'd just grab a quick smoothie before going home. I was surprised by the atmosphere and service I received. Krisy and Ricky chatted with us and took the time to help me figure out what I could try that day and in the future depending on what might be going on with me that day. Ricky was discussing one of their drinks with me and when I mentioned that I don't do too well with caffeine, he suggested something else that would work better for someone with caffeine sensitivity. I wasn't sure what to expect but the menu had protein coffee and I've always wanted to try it. They didn't disappoint and even had some flavors to choose from for the coffee! I wasn't going to get a protein donut but then they had free samples, which were in individual covered dishes, after having a bite I had to get a whole one. It was a perfect breakfast and they had fun tea options for my guy that doesn't dig cold coffee(I'm not sure what's wrong with him).
