Came here today to get a juice located in downtown Sanford right next to my favorite bar The Alley ! I paid $13 for a 20 oz juice but it was delicious. The one I got was called Minty Green. Pineapple, mango apple mint so good.. The guy behind the counter John was very friendly and he was playing The Cure on his stereo. A new right away I liked this place! It's a little bit of a hodgepodge mess and could use some organization but I think that's the feel that they're going for. Inside and outside seating and they do offer bowls, wraps and juice. The PB Yay! Bowl is my favorite, but practically anything in the menu is delicious. The hubby had a purple power smoothy that came with just the right amount of cinnamon in it. You would think that cinnamon would taste that delicious but with the other ingredients of the smoothie it was literally spot on..blueberry, peanut butter, pineapple..just a touch of maple syrup and you've got a real treat! I love to support our local small businesses! I needed a detoxing drink and so I ordered the Beat Me Up as recommended! My juice was amazing made with fresh, local, and also organic ingredients. I do believe RAW PRESS just moved here because I remember the previous business. They offer vegan products, fruit bowls and wraps! It's located on Sanford Ave, where the paved street begins. It's a small and plain place with a young, sweet staff member at the front. They have 2 tables for outdoor seating, and you can bring your pet while you enjoy some healthy food and drink options. Downtown Sanford is slowly expanding and offering more options to visitors and residents. It's great to have a raw juice place here to balance it out. I think the inside needs to be spruced up to attract more customers and make a name for themselves. I got the Blue monster smoothie with banana, almond milk, mango and a couple other things. It was good. You can taste the different flavors in each sip. read more

Usually paying $13 for a smoothie bowl feels better when there's more toppings and better presentation. It happened to be overfilled but just because there's a lot, doesn't mean it's better. Just means there's more smoothie, and less toppings of what little toppings are given. Had to pay $1 more to add hemp seeds. The price just would've been easier to swallow but 4 toppings on an okay bowl *shrug* maybe their wraps and juices are better. I can admit the fruit seemed fresh and it was blended it front of me, that's why it gets 3 stars. also for being a local business and having cutesy stuff to sell, you would think they would offer free water for the thick bowls they give out. Instead you have to pay $4 for small 1 pint FIJI. Even having a cheaper water option would be better. read more

Only place in Downtown Sanford where you can get fresh juice and superfoods. Their wraps are also fire, literally the only place with fast, fresh, healthy food like this in the area. This place is an underrated gem in and was a well needed contrast to the sanford restaurant scene. read more

I've ordered at juice places before and they just grabbed already prepared stuff. It's a cute little spot! I ordered a Sunburst - pineapple, carrot, apple, lemon. Super refreshing and wonderful. I absolutely loved this juice bar, we tried multiple smoothies and they were all amazing. We especially loved the worker John he was so educational and really went in depth about the different health benefits the products had to offer! So I am very willing to give this 5 stars bc normally I love it here. But I believe there is one staff member who is inconsistent since I occasionally get a salad that is not up to par. I wanted the owner to know it's the third time this person has forgotten my chicken when I asked for it... I was charged this time.. got home with it... no chicken... and the kale is never chopped up the same or soaked in the dressing and vegetables seem older and mushy... almost always it is an amazing salad made with love and care and detail. It's a shame because the people who make it that way set a standard so I know what to expect. read more

Beware if you have a allergy!! I informed the employee that my 7 year old daughter had a peanut allergy! She swore that was no peanut cross contamination or peanuts in their products & the blender they use is for smoothies not açaí bowls. Then my daughter said her tongue and throat was burning and itching, then her lips became huge and swollen! This is not okay! They didn't help and continued to say their was no peanut. When that's the only thing she's allergic to and she's having a Reaction how can you deny that? Absolutely irresponsible and dangerous to not even know what's in your products but is suppose to be for health! read more

I ordered a 20 ounce smoothie, which was over priced at almost $10 and while it was fresh and tasty, it was not cold at all and when I asked them they said they don't have ice. So I basically had warm, thick juice. Yuk. read more

Our first visit was not impressive. The smoothie we ordered wasn't cold at all. Almost like she left out the ice. Then when I went to eat my wrap it was missing ingredients so I went back. Instead of offering to remake it she gave me spicy noodles to put on it myself. Not good at all. read more

Let me just start out by saying that I've visited this place before in the past and my experience has been great. However, this time the experience was AWFUL. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I walked in to enjoy an acai bowl with my brother and the young lady who was working did not acknowledge or say hi. She was working on an order for pickup and was moving very slow and seemed as if she had no interest in providing service to us. After waiting for several minutes, I knew what I wanted and politely told the lady "I'm ready to order" and she responded "wait 5 seconds". So, I waited like another 4 minutes before telling my brother that we should just leave. I told her we were leaving and as I was approaching the door she said "wow, you can't wait 5 seconds? Whatever, f**k you" and gave me the finger. I was in awe that this was the type service being provided by this establishment. After being verbally attacked for declining the service, I responded with the same energy from the employee. After exchanging some words with the employee, she came outside as I was walking to my car as if she wanted to physically attack me. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience because I really liked this place but now all I can tell people is to stay away. Rude, AGGRESSIVE, lack of customer service, and UNPROFESSIONAL. This place needs to be aware of the kind of people they hire. STAY AWAY!!!! read more
