The granola isn't crunchy, it's somewhere between a chewy and crunchy. And they put a lot of it in there so you're spending a lot of money on meh granola and not getting much açai. I got the biggest and asked for less granola and was bummed they put the same amount. Also bummed because I specifically asked about the chewy granola and they said it was crunchy. Such an awesome experience! Raul was so informative in explaining everything on the menu, considering I have so many allergies. Immediately when we entered we were greeted. I had the Pitaya bowl with no bananas, add biscoff cookie butter and a waffle. The cafe is so cute and it was nice and quiet. You can eat inside the cafe or get it to go. I was really hesitant about trying the aćai bowl but this experience totally changed my mind. I will definitely be back to try other bowls and smoothies! I will return to this place, but not to try the Pitaya bowl, I don't know but feels they put a lot of banana into the base, was sweet but the "granola" were soggy, if supposed to be like overnight oats, maybe missed some liquid. If there were six stars, Jeff at Sobol in Lake Mary would earn them all. From the second we walked in, everything felt magical and I am not exaggerating. Jeff greeted us with genuine warmth and even offered us a taste of the Ube Coconut flavor (a total game changer, trust me you want this). The place itself is spotless, bright, and inviting. You can tell they care about every detail. The acai bowls? Beyond incredible, perfectly balanced, refreshing, and generous in portion. What blew me away was how fresh everything tasted. No dairy, no preservatives, no processed junk, just honest, quality ingredients that make you feel good while enjoying them. And the prices? Very reasonable for the quality you are getting. We used to eat at Soho Juice Co. down the block, but honestly I am glad they closed because it led us here to Jeff and Sobol. Sometimes you have to lose one favorite to find an even better one. Oh my goodness I am hooked!!! I have never seen a place that has a coconut purée as their base and let me tell you.... You need this in your life! If you like coconut, then this is for you! The Coconut Bowl -- Blended coconut puree. Layered between SoBoL Granola. Topped with strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, coconut, & honey was great. However, seeking a light and fast lunch this one left me a little too full in the classic size. Not that it is big, it is just that filling. I guess I need to summon my "kid" size next time. I finally stopped by and grabbed a smoothie bowl and I was sooooo impressed! I got the Spirulina bowl that had granola, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, coconut and granola layered within...it was magical. We met Jeff, the owner, and he was great! He shared a little about the company and mentioned how everything was dairy free. Love that! He let us sample a lot of flavors and now I know what I'll get next time! The coconut is so creamy and would pair will mixed with another flavor like the pitaya or the green. The store is clean and has a few tables along the wall and in front of the window at the entrance. I was extremely happy when I saw that there was a SoBol in Orlando! In high school on Long Island, I would always grab açaí bowls with my friends there, so it is my go to spot on Long Island for açaí. It felt just like home when I walked into SoBol and Kinjal welcomed us in! I absolutely love that they let you sample the different bases they offer before choosing which one to get. They definitely added more bowls since the last time I've been and I am loving all the new additions. My favorites are the original Açaí and the Spirulina!
