We are very disappointed and given the choices in the Popsicle stand business market, take your business elsewhere.

I tried the Christmas cookies which were phenomenal. The lady at the office desk was very sweet and said that I'm more than happy to purchase what they have, but that this was not a retail store. The front door was locked and I had to ring the bell to be let in (it is in an industrial park, after all). A very friendly employee greeted me and let me in the door. As i expected, the office is simply a business office, with a small rack of products for sale. The staff were all busy in their cubicles doing what office staff do... answering phones and working on corporate orders on their computers... no slight to them... just doing their jobs. After chatting with the front door greeter and explaining why I was there, he showed me over to the little display table. Honestly there wasn't a lot of selection there, but then again, I don't think they expect many folks to just walk in looking to buy cookies on the spot (you can order a larger variety from their website). Anyway, I decided that since I had already make the trip, I was going to buy some delicious McTavish shortbread. I chose some rather thick, large heart shaped cookies. They were DELICIOUS! My excitement did not last long, it felt more like a trick than a treat. I am hoping that you just didn't know, so I have to tell you that you are selling wares that should not be sold. I was happy to find a Nespresso store at Washington Square. I found many selections of Capsules. The person helping me was very helpful recommending Capsules based on my taste. I was able to pick up recycling bags for the Capsules which are sent directly to Nespresso by UPS at no charge. Recycle bags are complimentary. Recycling of the Capsules is important to me. There is a Barista and Bar in the store to give samples of the various different Capsules. A productive trip for me. Excellent service. Nice store. I will be a regular customer.

Since I can't resolve this over the phone, I even drove an hour to the location to ask for help, only to be told there was nothing that could be done. There has to be a way to fix this. The volume of calls and voicemails I receive is overwhelming. My voicemail is constantly filled with messages intended for this business, to the point that I've missed important calls from my own customers. Please update the phone number listed on Yelp, your website, and any other online directories. Your customers are trying to reach you, and I have no interest in continuing to field calls meant for your business. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
