Long story short, I've been trying to contact them for over a week now, to no avail. When you call the facility during normal business hours, you get a generic voicemail. When you call after business hours, you receive a business voicemail indicating that they're closed and what their normal hours of operation are. Subsequently, I went to the facility in hopes of finding it open and operational. To my consternation, the parking lot was empty and the facility locked. I took notice of several attempted delivery notices on the door; a clear indicator they may no longer be open. What's most disturbing is 1) No type of notice was given, and 2) Mine and others medical records are being held hostage. If anyone has any insight on this facility please share. A few of them I would have liked to keep as a permanent primary but they never stay. Like others experienced, I've had Drs. appts and gone to the clinic and it wasn't open. In fact a Staffer had arrived and didn't have a key to open the place and was waiting for someone else that never arrived. This was for a follow up to some blood work and I never got the results and just re-did the testing some months later and I did get those results. Found out that the Dr. had broke her foot and the back up Dr. rarely was there even with appts scheduled. They're suppose to be open at 10am today and I keep getting a generic voice message but will get a business message after hours. I was hoping to start my 17 year old girl there but I'm going to look for a new primary for the both of us. I know they're a relatively new facility but they just can't seem to get their act together and I was really giving them a chance to do so because the location was very close to home instead of me traveling to way out in Waldorf.
