We shop at this location numerous times and never have problems when it comes to price matching online sale price vs in-store price. I came today and bought items here that were on sale online and when I was paying for my purchases, the cashier/store manager YASMAN said that she can't give me the online price. I told her that I shop at this store all the time and they always match the online price. This is the first time it happened that they didn't honor the online price so in the end I still paid for the regular price. Later on I realized that I should just buy it online coz it's much cheaper. Since I'm still shopping and in the vicinity, I returned back to the store and return the items I have bought. Now here's another kicker - the same cashier/store manager is saying that she can only give me a store credit since one of the item's plastic seal was broken. I told her that it was sold like that to me and I just bought it from her. And it's not even like more than 2 hrs since I left their store. Yasman the store manager was so rude, unprofessional and not helpful. She was adamant that it was the store policy and she has to issue a store credit if the item seal was broken. I told her then you shouldn't be selling back to customer items with broken seal. When I went to back to check, I saw some item on the shelf (see photo) which doesn't have the plastic seal and still being sold by this store. So BUYERS BEWARE: make sure that you check that you're not buying a broken item seal otherwise when you decide to get a refund you will not get your money back but will instead be issued a store credit. This unpleasant and negative experience cemented the fact that I will not patronize going forward this business and all Healthy Planet location!

I had to order multiple times through their online system to no avail. I got the text messages. I got the email confirmation, but after waiting 4 hours I was told (like you would speak to a snotty child) that they did not receive the order and could not look up my order by using my phone number, address, or order number. Then, I can hear on the other end of the phone that one of the staff members found my order, at which point I was told that it might get to me by the end of the evening but could possibly be another 2 hours. I completely understand that you all are busy, but that doesn't give you the right to dismiss folks like they are trash. From here I decided to request a refund. When I asked for a receipt I was told that they don't know how to do that....it's 2020 folks I can attend a zoom gender reveal party but I can't get a refund receipt emailed to me? Friends--when you know better, you do better. Be kind to your neighbours and your customers. Coming from a place of compassion is a choice. I hope everyone else has a pleasant experience.

The fresh food section is not as great but the rest of the products make up for it. The staff is friendly and the store has great products at low prices. It's nice to be able to shop organic and natural products without breaking the bank!

I love exploring a new grocery store, so I dropped by to check it out. There were so many fresh fruits and veggies at this place. The woman behind the counter immediately said hi. I reciprocated, intrigued by the fair-trade bananas from Ecuador and more. This store has a lot of vegan options. It also has gluten-free and keto items, but the vegan specialty items were prevalent. I loved seeing vegan meals in clear containers. I saw vegan marshmallows that aren't all that common. I was intrigued by the mushroom teas. I got one of the elixirs to try out. This place had coconut nog at a reduced price. I love the nog, except that it is super sweet. The price was right, though. You can get baking items and toothpaste here. I liked that the oral hygiene section was near the chocolate bars. Coincidence? I think not. I ended up getting a dark chocolate bar with coconut and skipped getting toothpaste. There was a bottle of The Good juice. It had celery, cucumber, and spinach in it. I liked the sound of that mix and got a bottle. I loved this store so much. I told the woman on staff that I loved shopping here. She was genuinely happy that I did. I paid with a debit card. All went well. I actually had my Yelp canvas bag with me that I got from Descendant. I used it to place all my goodies in it. Perfect! This market was a great find.
