*Good people, good environment, know about pain relief and not just getting high…read more Let me begin with the only reason it's not 5 stars. The first review talked about data and buyer programs so direct from the NJ Canibus regulatory commission page: Will dispensaries be keeping records of what I buy? Dispensary personnel will need to see a government-issued identification card to ensure purchasers are 21 years or older.  They are not allowed to make copies of your ID or retain record of your purchase beyond what is required for the completion of that single financial transaction. Customers are free to voluntarily provide their information for customer programs - like mailing lists. So, this may need a peek or too, BUT as adults, we can speak up and say, "Please don't retain my information," and boom, no info is retained. Now to the good stuff. The team in Kind Kush is great. They all know the effects of whats carried and strength and will have a dialogue about strains that apply the relief I need as a 22yr ACTIVE DUTY disabled war scarred (literally war scarred from WAR... for the Karens) medical retiree I seek relief from migraines and phantom pain. I have established a 6 strain list that I used to decide what I needed for the pain when I visited. The team is great, and the price is within state regulations. For those complaining about the price, remember, if you're a nj res you and grow your own. Grow don't buy if it's too expensive for you. These guys are professionals in this industry, and the customer service is amazing. Lastly, the beard game is AMAZING in the Don't visit if you're insecure about your beard game. Conclusion: Staff knowledge: 5 stars Facility: 5 stars Feel: not awkward to visit they make you feel conlmfortable 5 stars Information issue: 0 Stars - but remember speak up and say "please don't retain my info" super easy right ? Overall: 4 Stars ..... I will continue using and continue getting my beard ready for my two arch beard nemesis on site. There can be only 1 !!! (Duncan mccloid reference) Great spot , must visit !!!

I stopped in this store on July 14, 2014 to pick up a few items (3 to be exact). When I first…read moreapproached the counter when I walked in, the worker was texting and hurried to put his phone away. I joked with him and told him it was time to work...and I laughted. he did not find it funny. I asked him where I could find Brewers Yeast. He just looked confused and said, he doesn't know what that is. He glanced around the store as I pulled it up on the website. He told me they don't sell a lot of products in the store that are sold online. I said, I'm pretty sure you have this item. He basically quit looking and went back to the counter. I asked him if he could search the database. He says only if he had a sku number. I was quite suprised that that is the only search option for a retail store. My friend ended up finding it on a shelf. I pointed it out to the worker letting him know where it was and that the store did indeed sell it. He says, well, this wall is new and these products are all new. I was a bit in awe. I had also asked him where I could find Acidopholus. He looked at me and totally ignored my request. Anohter group of guys came in asking about the sale - buy one get one 1/2 off or free (don't quite remember). The worker told them that deal had ended and was only valid during the 4th of July weekend. I wanted to pont out that the sign sitting outside the store in the mall, still showed this deal. It should have been honored. The three guys walked away without a sale. I was looking for a third item and figured it would be best if I just looked for it myself. I enventually found all three items I wanted. As I was holding my items, I looked at my friend and decided to put all three items back (at least a $40 sale). I just could NOT give this kid any credit he didn't deserve. I told him I would shop online and purchase my items the next day. He was too busy on his phone to care or even notice. I know retail is not a top notch job, but these kids need to realize what work is and respect their customers. I was very disappointed and will not recommend this store to anyone I know.

The attitude displayed by a young girl at the counter, likely a high school student, was the most appalling I've encountered in my 75 years of life. As I placed my order first, I instructed my granddaughters to do the same. They both proceeded to order theirs, also Mango smoothies. I paid and left a tip. As this was our first time at this store, I asked questions about their products, but she looked at me as if I were ignorant and refused to answer, or made believe she didn't hear me. When she came back with our order she handed over only 2 smoothies. I reminded her that I had ordered three smoothies, as she had asked me about the size when I had ordered mine. Then, the girls ordered theirs. Where's the confusion? She clearly had no interest in being there working. She didn't even smile or apologize. She was extremely rude and asked me if I wanted to place another order. At that moment, I declined and left the store without retrieving the tip I had left in the jar when I paid. There was another person in the back, whom I assume was the manager. Surprisingly, she neither intervened nor offered an apology. This is not an appropriate way to run a business. Regardless of the quality of your product, the welcoming attitude reflects the overall image of the business. I did not find that at Playa Bowls in Denville, NJ. Therefore, my advice, don't patronize this store if you don't want to be treated as second class citizen.
