This is a quaint little juice shop. Very small you order and take your drink or food elsewhere. We ordered two drinks mine the orange was a small 12oz get better juice and the smoothie was a 20oz tropical wave. The smoothie was sweet and tangy and extremely filling. My juice was good but definitely needed more ginger. I will say service seemed overwhelmed as there was one guy working and get didn't seem to enjoy the mid day rush but he kept up with all the orders as they came. The only thing that was a tiny bit of concern for me was in between my smoothie and juice the man working only rinsed the blender pitcher out with water quick and reused it so many not the best spot for anyone with serious food and cross contamination allergies. Omg amazing!!! I drove an hour for a doctors appt in Summit and got hungry so I stopped here for a smoothie and some grapes. I got the monkey business smoothie and it was DIVINE. Huge problem. Look at the picture I posted called "bad allergen mistake." Under allergens it says "almonds, eggs". However, in the ingredients it says "sour cream" which contains milk. Also, in this banana bread, there are chocolate chips. I am allergic to dairy and missed this mistake after taking a bite and realizing this. This place needs to be extremely careful when labeling. We also got a pumpkin ginger bread, which was rather expensive for a loaf at ~$16 but supporting local businesses is totally worth it. So I tried to be SUPER healthy and got the High Test which contains their famous Green Light. It was WAY too healthy for me. I think for cleansing juice heads its probably GREAT but for me their was WAYYY too much going on. The parsley was wayyyy too overpowering. I tried my husband's Monkey Business smoothy and it was DELICIOUS. The consistency was perfect and I think it's all about the yogurt and almond milk. I love this hole in the wall juice bar. The owner is a delight and really knows his stuff. It is worth going there just to glean some nutritional information from him. The juice selection on the menu board is staggeringly long and they will do any combination you request. They will even add a supplement of your own if you bring it in! If you're doing a cleanse, just call ahead and they'll have all of your juice pressed and ready for pick up. The only drawback is that the ingredients are not organic or not expressly stated. I have asked the owner and he has yet to be able to source the ingredients reliably. For the green juices, this is really a big deal because many of the ingredients are sadly on the dirty dozen list. If you're like me, this place is great for a quick stop but I prefer to juice at home only to ensure the kale and cucumber and apple are USDA organic. Wow the variety of smoothies, juices, and other healthy add ons is overwhelming. I ordered a medium passion twist smoothie for about $6.50 I think and it was absolutely delicious. You could really taste the freshness of the fruit and the consistency was perfect. It's a tiny little location in Summit ideal for quickly stopping in to grab something as there is no seating inside. They also have some soups and sandwiches I noticed. I do think it was a little pricey. That would be my only complaint, otherwise a great place for a cold refreshing drink. read more

The Juice Caboose is an awesome place that makes quality, healthy (or unhealthy, if you'd like) shakes. I came here with my wife yesterday for a quick trial of the joint, and we were NOT disappointed. It's extremely tight and tiny, but that doesn't affect how good their product is. I got the Monkey Business, but substituted the chocolate out for PB, and added a scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein. The woman whipped up the extra thick and creamy shake (due to the fat-free frozen yogurt) in no time, and it tasted great. Mixed perfectly, blended well, and a great consistency. I was surprised at how good it came out, and will be stopping back here for sure. They're also very open to any changes you'd like to their offerings, which is what I do often. Additions and changes aren't an issue, so you can tailor your shake to whatever you'd like. If you want a great shake and a really nice customer experience, the Juice Caboose has your caboose covered. The negative is it takes a while to get your shake. I've waited 5-10 minutes with only one person ahead of me, so don't expect it too quick. read more

Whether you want greens, fruits or both, they have everything you could possibly think of... even protein and nutrients to add in your juice. I've been to several juicing establishments in the Morristown/Denville area but the Juice Caboose in Summit is the best; hands down. I've ordered everything from all greens to greens and fruits added together and always feel healthy and cleansed afterwards. Remember, juices aren't meant to fill you up so juice wisely. I usually have one as a healthy snack after or before lunch. Add in a shot of wheat grass and you are good to go! This is the best beverage spot around by far! They have an excellent selection of fruits and vegetables and you can try many different groupings of those in the many concoctions they offer.
