When I ask them to open a case, give advice, or to simply let me pay them, I may as well be asking them to give me their first born child. So I got to nutz at 7:10 pm when it's clearly listed they close at 8 but that's not the issue the worker inside who gave me a dirty look when I pulled on the door then walked away is the issue. Then the other worker who acted like I didn't exist when all I mouthed through the door is are you closed and she looked me dead in the face and then turned her head to yet another worker. If you changed your hours please change them on your door and get better employees!!! read more

This is quite an interesting store. I have always driven past it for years assuming it was some kind of candy store but then someone told me it seemed like a kind of novelty store. So, I decided to check it out. The store features many oddities and unique items. Tons of precious and collectible stones. A lot of essential oils and fragrances. They have unique jewelry and giftware. I have noticed the negative reviews regarding the staff and would have to agree that they are not friendly and I did get a vibe from them. I didnt really need to interact with anyone but did notice a lack a customer service on their end. This store is worth a visit and a quick look. You may find what you are looking for. read more

I wanted to like this shop - they have all the makings of a place that would interest me and have a HUGE stock. But I was infuriatrd by the lady in the back room. There's a point where customer service is appreciated, but then there is downright annoying. Every thirty seconds this woman (shorter, older woman) would ask me if I needed something while I looked around. Everytime the answer was no, thank you. Then she showed me some products that were suspiciously overpriced for their specs. She didn't really seem to know what she was talking about either... If you have no other choice of a store for your needs, then go to Nutz. But if you can find somewhere a little cheaper and a lot less annoying, I highly recommend you go there instead. read more

Love going to Nutz, sadly I usually only get incense when I go there (10 for $1) great deal. I love everything they have and how diverse the store is, but I wish I would see some new things when I go, seems like the same stuff every time. The knife selection is gorgeous, there are a lot of crystals, but some I don't believe are real, the jewelry is a little pricy, but not bad, I really like the smoke shop in the back, but very expensive. There's also an array of magic/witchcraft books (spell books) and crystal books. The clothes they have aren't too great, but nice if you see something you really like. The owner makes a lot of the stuff her self which is really great. I wouldn't suggest going here for herbs though as I found them to be expensive about $2-$3 per bag where I've found places to get them less. Overall I really like Nutz though just to explore. read more

Its been a little while since ive been in nutz ONLY because its not exactly around the corner from where I live. But thats about to change. I was in nutz a couple days ago and this young lady that worked there was soooo helpful. I came into to purchase one small thing and left with 2 different things that im not pretty obsessed with. One of the objects wouldn't charge but she tried more and more until she found one that worked. Original we thought she was going to need to order more but she took my contact info down so I could come back if it worked or she found one that did. B4 i pulled out of the parking lot she ran outside to stop be and let mw know she got it working. Well that thing had been my best friend these last couple days and I have her to thank. ( im pretty upset i didnt get or remember her name) but NUTZ i will be back and I will be back often. read more

They have everything imaginable ever. Awesome selection of candles, incense, statues, stones and gems and shells, jewelry, books, bags/accessories, and smoke accessories. Affordable prices and wide varieties. The only thing I didn't like was that the staff follow you around and circle you like vultures asking you if you need help every 5 minutes. No, I don't need help. I would like to look over the products for as long as I want until I choose what I want because there's so much to choose from. Not sure if they're looking for people trying to shoplift or if they're just trying to get window-shoppers and voyeurs out of the store. Either way, it's annoying. read more

Great store, and killer service. Best priced/smelling incenses around, and a wonderful selection of candles. Lots of inexpensive jewelry that will actually last. Decent selection of glass pipes/bongs/pieces with awesome deals; My advice is buy a triple blown glass and you'll never have to buy another piece again (If you're clumsy like me). I just went to Nutz today looking to purchase a decent amount of jewelry and the sales associates was a COMPLETE jerk towards me, he acted annoyed by my presence and simple questions I asked he responded with a very annoyed expression on his face just claiming he "had no idea" to every question. I ended up just purchasing one pair of gauges instead of the several pairs I had intended purely based on how rude he was to me. I consider myself a fairly good customer there, but after that incident I will no longer be bringing them any business. read more
