Told us we'd have access to fiber in a couple years several years ago. They now say we are not on the list.

Service is SOOOOO SLOW but you are charged for high speed. ONE BLOCK up the road they have fiber. Newer neighborhood I have lived here for 20 years w/the shitty service. Reps are NO HELP My security cameras do not work properly because of the DIAL up service. Working in the home office is ridiculous. They keep telling me "your neighborhood is not on the project list" WHY WE BITCH EVERY YEAR IT IS ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL. They are literally the worst company out there. We had better internet years ago when it was Nuvera. This is BS and I AM SO SICK OF THEM. Why can't we get a different company THEY SUCK read more

Awful. Service is slow and calling customer service is a waste of time. Always putting issues on customers. Mailing statements, they'll charge you $4.00 and even an email statement costs $3.00. WiFi sucks horribly not worth paying for or anything on a 100 mb plan and I can't even download at 10 MB

Absolutely horrid customer service. When we initially receiving service from Nuvera a technician came to our apartment and installed a small black box which I couldn't identify. When trying to explain this to the representative they just could not grasp that we had one of their employees install it and that I wasn't sure how to uninstall it to return it. The rep just kept refusing my request to have one of their technicians come retrieve it. Would absolutely avoid this ISP if you're in the Prior Lake area. read more

Thought I had set up auto payments, but then had my service disconnected due to lack of payment and was charged $30 to reconnect. Their bill pay website is possibly the worst website I have interacted with since the early 90s. They also force you to rent a modem even if you own one already so their advertised price is very misleading. read more

Email sent to Nuvera management, Charlie Nimtz and Barbara Kappers, May 2024. Sent: Thursday, May 23, 2024 6:27 PM I am in contact regarding Fiber Optic installation on our property that we had not been informed about from anyone from Nuvera! The installers arrived at 5:00 pm, 05.23.2024, and started to unload all equipment and proceed with install with no communication as of why they were on our property. I contacted customer service by email contact last week with still NO reply from anyone at Nuvera to answer our questions as of today. We have had 4 separate sub contractors on our property for over a week now. We have not received any communications or prior notification from anyone from Nuvera regarding any prep or installation. I had to walk out to the truck of one of the contractors asking why they were on our property??, spray painting all over our grass and installation of flags with no explanation. The contractor said he was hired by Nuvera. He said our other neighbors all through our neighborhood were also asking why he was on their properties. Everyone is in the complete dark and angry as we are. Nuvera you are extremely unprofessional and we are not happy with the invasion of our privacy and no communication from any of you. I had already made it very clear one year ago that we were not interested in Fiber installation and we do not want in home installation. Clearly you do not respect or care about your customers. You will receive a bad review regarding this pushy unprofessional business practice. Are we to be charged for this installation???, as we will not pay for any installation that we did not want or request. We expect compensation for our extreme inconvenience and a prompt reply with an explanation for our year-long inconveniences." This company passes the buck down the line, uses the excuse, "I was out of the office," and no one ever contacts or returns emails in a timely manner. The Line, I will let upper management aware was told to us one year ago not to come onto our property again. One year later, they are on our property unannounced, and we're on it for days with no explanation from Nuvera or Management. This company practices unethical strategies, is dismissive, are unprofessional and cannot be trusted. As a survivor of violent assaults along with court ordered, 'Orders of Protection', their intrusive, unwarranted, unwanted, non confirmed trespassing onto our property with my numerous contacts unanswered or given any explanation is beyond unexcusable. I have only received after weeks of contacts to this company,.... "Oops,".... They will use, "oh.., communication somehow got mixed up". They will play dumb, and they know exactly what they are doing. They will force home owners to comply or else. We will not stay with you Nuvera, be forced into any product we are not wanting, asked for or feel comfortable pursuing. The Fiber Optic through you has terrible reviews! We have other options and we will pursue those other businesses, you will lose us as 20 year customers. You have not addressed or offered any compensation for the continued harassment and intrusion as I indicated and have just brushed off my complaints and concerns again, going on a full year! We will not be bullied any longer. I have respectfully and repeatedly asked for your cooperation to give all prior notice of any installation and any subcontractors or employees on our property. You do not listen or care and can not be trusted, I need to have a company that is trustworthy and puts their customer's best interest above their own. You do not. Terrible embarrassing Customer Service, all out to lunch, and they just passed the complaints off to the next incompetent employee. Terrible, unethical company, have never been treated so poorly by any other company as this clown show. You clearly did not care if I posted an unfavorable review as you did nothing to make this customer feel heard or happy with the outcome. Huge failure on all of you. Besides the name Nuvera sounding like some kind of commercial drug name, Nuvera will nickle and dime you to death on everything, they will charge you like $3.00 for sending you a paper bill in the mail, but they still will send you Nuvera junk mail, they will charge you $3.05 if you pay your bill on Nuvera web site. If you call them and make any changes to your internet or cable account they will charge you $15.00 every time you change something on your account, anything they can charge you for they will. Their internet is slow, they will just up and raise your bill without any warning...Can't wait to get other internet services to choose from, will drop Nuvera... read more

I have wanted to be happy with the service with Integra Telecom for our internet service but have to say that after working with them for several weeks attempting to bring the speed up the most recent call with them has led to nothing and we were essentially told to deal with it. There are times that the computers won't log on at all- email won't go out, websites won't come up. What am I paying for? If there were another company I would use them. read more

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE IF ANY TV SHOWS OR NEWS ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU. We were put on Integra as a trial in our area. It has been Teri le. The only thing worse is the service. This is not the first time. we pay for service we are not provided. Friends come over to watch a show on the weekend, no TV. We called no return call for hours. we finally get a call back & the service person asked for us to check connections in the basement. We lost phone signal I. the basement...no return number left, since they block the number. 2 hours later, no phone call back. He knew we could not call back. This is not the first time the exact thing happened. With our other system, we only lost contact temporarily during a snow storm. We have given this a couple years, it sucks. We live in a close community. We will make sure everyone that comes to meetings know of our experience. Up till now we have been patient figuring they were just getting things adjusted. However, this much time and trouble, then disservice. I. allied the number back from their web site and was put on hold indefinitely. I then was told to call back between Mon & Friday. We contacted Integra to set up TV service, but only wanted it for a few months which meant we were looking for no contract. Upon talking with the sales reps on the phone they gave us pricing for month to month service and we moved forward with that. When the tech finished installing the TV service he had us sign a form that he said was to confirm that the service had been set up and was working. Foolishly believing the tech we signed the form without reading it. Mixed in with everything the tech said was a section outlying that we were singing a 12 month agreement to have the service. Additionally the price estimate we were told over the phone, which they said included fees and taxes, was $20 less than what they are actually making us pay. I have never experienced such lying and deceit from a service company before, they make Mediacom look great. read more

I switched from Mediacom to Integra years ago and have been very happy with the service. There is rarely an outage but whenever there is it is taken care of immediately.. Sometimes my controller would get out of whack and when I called them they were always happy to help and walk me through the fix or a guy would be out very quickly.. The best part besides reliability is that they answer their phones. An actual person who knows their business and can actually help. That is rare and priceless. read more

I love supporting local business and this one is one of my favorites. They have great customer service and have been around for well over 40 years. They recently got into IP TV and it's pretty good, although fairly expensive. I'd recommend this internet and TV service to anyone! read more

I live down by Elko, the service has been great. When something did come up they fixed it quickly. Also, they are not Comcast which is a plus! read more

Isn't it interesting that the 1 MB service used to be adequate for Netflix but now it is not. The Integra speed test says I'm getting up to 900 KB s but independent sites rate it more like 0.3-0.6 MB s. I am tired of having to wait for the movies to buffer every three-five minutes. Of course I can pay another $40/mo to get back to how my service used to be. read more
