This location came highly recommended and for good reason. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. I did not have to wait long to be attended to and everyone was nice and professional. The owner Sebastian was present as well and gave me the royal treatment. He himself sized me and provided several options to choose from. He was transparent with pricing and was upfront with tailoring time frame. What I loved most about this location is that they give life time size refitting for all customers free as long as you give them a 3-week heads up in advance. Sebastian threw in a free bow tie for me at check out. If you have not yet experienced this establishment, I recommend you do. You will not be disappointed! The team made me look the best I've ever looked. I looked at a dozen stores for a white tuxedo jacket and they all looked off. The off-white jacket, shoes, bow tow, pants, and fitting process here was fun, filled with expert knowledge about sizing ("you'll be giving a lot of hugs on your wedding day, which is why you want the shirt fitting this way..." This place is a total scam of false promises and incompetence. They made me come back multiple times for "fittings," each visit met with fake smiles and assurances that "everything would be taken care of." Total bulls**t! In the end: All groomsmen got mismatched white shirts--some with buttons, when we specified French cuffs for the custom cufflinks. Shirts weren't even pressed all wrinkled messes straight out of the bag. Suits were a disaster, and the whole order was botched despite unnecessary repeat visits. One final fit check should've been enough but they dragged it out for nothing. Now I'm stuck with a worthless tux and a wedding party that looked sloppy because of their laziness. Overrated, overhyped, and hands-down the worst service I've ever dealt with. Future customers: Save yourself the headache--GO ELSEWHERE. Or don't say you weren't warned. read more
