My Hydrangeas were just starting to flower and they trimmed them cutting off all the flowering buds!! My tickseed was stepped on and some of the stems are broken. They did a horrible job on trimming the rest of the bushes and did not clean up all of their mess. I spoke with Justin and I wanted him to come out to look at the damage his crew has done. He was supposed to get back to me and I have not heard a word from him. Tried calling this morning on his cell. Left a message. I am livid over the way my bushes were trimmed. That landscaping was put in 3 years and cost a pretty penny. And now it looks horrible

My contractor who was supposed to put a new deck in my backyard stopped contacting me so I needed help as the staircase back there was already removed from the cement company putting in a new cement patio. I asked Daniel if he knew anyone and he was like yeah we do that too. I was like GREAT! He and the crew handled the project in a couple days and it looks beautiful. My backyard looks great thanks to Daniel and his team. I definitely recommend!

I hired Santana's Landscaping to install an underground sump pump discharge line, with the explicit…read moreagreement that the design would prevent any pooling water in my front yard. Unfortunately, the installation completely failed to meet that standard, and the customer service follow-up was non-existent. The discharge point they installed sits in a depression, meaning the water constantly overflows and sheets directly across the public sidewalk instead of draining properly. This created a slip hazard and left a permanent puddle in the yard. Because the water was left to sit stagnant, my grass is now dying and turning orange from iron bacteria. When I reached out to Daniel with photos of the flooding, he told me to 'wait 10 days' for the ground to drain. I waited the full timeframe, but the problem persisted. I reached out multiple times afterward to get a plan together to fix the grading or extend the line. Daniel completely stopped responding and abandoned the project. I am now having to hire a second landscaping company to fix the problem.

They freshened it up with some beautiful pink rock and really nice greenery and flowering plants. Nice low retaining wall so its easy to mow up to it. I had erroneously thought Borden did only "high end" homes and therefore were probably expensive but that is not true. My home is a regular modest split level in a modest neighborhood. It turned out very professional looking and improved the front of my house beautifully! They also put in a small patio space off my kitchen that turned out just want I had been wanting for the last 20 years! I love it and am calling them back to do some more work in the back yard!
