Came out to my house for limb removal. Later that day they gave us a bid. We accepted it the next day and they said that they were back logged so it would we awhile. We said no problem. The following week they canceled saying we were out of area. Their web site clearly says south suburbs and we live 10 to 15 minutes away. It is very strange out of area you came to my house saw the address agreed to do the work then back out for being out of area. Also my wife knows for fact that this week they were doing work in Orland Park which is the town I live in. Because of this we had to start looking for another company all over again. Would not recommend them since they do not honor their bids. read more

2/21/2020 A Cut Above removed my 63" diameter willow tree from my backyard. It was a huge tree as you can see by the pictures. The guys were very professional and careful to remove this tree with no damage to my property or my neighbors property. They had to drive their truck with snorkel between my house and my neighbors house to get to the back yard where the tree was located. They put down plywood to protect the ground from damage. They cut down the tree and removed all the branches in one day. They came back the next day to remove the stump. They cleaned up the area of all debris and I was more than satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They had the best price of all the places I received a quote from. The owner was very easy to work with. read more

A neighbor's tree fell onto our property and destroyed our outdoor storage shed and we called A Cut Above Tree Service as we have used them in the past with all positive experiences.
