I provided my email and phone number. In a matter of hours I got a response indicating that they had the item in stock and the price was provided. The price was less expensive than what other private sellers were expecting on Facebook Marketplace. I had several quick exchanges with them by email to confirm the product's features. I went to the Bellmawr, NJ location to purchase it. The staff there were very helpful in reviewing the operation of the item and in particular ensured that we received the proper sling for the size and functionality we needed. They even helped us load the item into our SUV. We also picked up some incontinence supplies at about half the cost of retail stores. They have a massive warehouse of all kinds of medical equipment. I would not hesitate to make Goodwill my first stop for medical equipment needs.

Since My Mobility Pros was local - I had to make an appointment during a very small window of time because that's when the one person who knows about the chairs best is there. Great. Their "showroom" which was up a bunch of steps to the building that also had a ramp that was old rickety wood and no less than 80 feet long. Good thing I didn't bring my father with me because he would not have been able to get in the building let alone down the very long hallway to the showroom. When I arrived for my appointment with the person with the expertise I sought, they were not there. The admin who had made the appointment - couldn't retain that I was interested in chairs - even after mentioning it a few times. She was bewildered by any questions about the chairs (that she sits in front of all day). She said she would have the expert call me. Never did but they did send options. Ultimately I went with purchasing it online because I was able to get the best help there. The vendors, out of Wilmington, who delivered and installed were great. However - there was one last piece - a footrest extension - that still needs to be installed. My mobility pros was called for this last bit - I don't know why. I've been waiting for over a week for them to call and schedule. I have since asked the online vendor Spinlife to retract the contract from My Mobility Pros and ask the previous technician to return to my parents' house for the third time to finish this job.

No one came out to take measurements or assess. We emailed measurements ourself with images. We wanted a ramp setup where the front porch steps would still be accessible. After Nathaniel settled on a wheelchair build that WILL permit use of the front porch steps and would NOT block the porch steps, and few weeks later said it could not be done and settled on 2 portable ramps placed in front of each other to create one long ramp. I expressed my concern about my brother being able to use the porch and he insisted with a smart attitude and being a wise guy that the porch will still be able to be utilized. Come the day of delivery, two 7 foot portables ramps were delivered that will NOT allow access for my brother onto the porch. Another company came out and took pictures, created a blueprint, and gave us schematic on a modular ramp that will be perfect for us although Nathaniel said this could not be done. How would he know if no one came out to take measurements..... Heed my warning and run far away from this place. I've never met a person more dishonest and wise guy. In this case he took the states money and left us with a subpar ramp system that is not gong to be permanent. Will have to go out of pocket for another company to come out and build a proper permanent setup.

Dealing with Brian in "customer service" and constant phone calls where Brian never calls back and feeling ignored I was ready to give up. I made several in person visits to try to work out the simple replacement. I was finally told my parts were in. I went there to find the cheapest junk tires from China and a number of excuses. First it was "your insurance company didn't authorize wheels just tires". A lie. "The company doesn't do black tires on those rims" another lie. "We don't order them like that". "We are not going to order them simply because you want them". Then the truth "we don't make enough money to order the tires on the rims". So in conclusion the patient doesn't matter, the money does. I never felt like I didn't matter until I delt with these people. Took front tires that will work but not the ones I asked for and the cheap Chinese knock offs not primo tires the chair came with just so I could have tire to replace the ones that are so smooth they are no longer safe. No other DME I have delt with in nearly 30 years had ever had trouble getting the tires and rims that are correct for any wheelchair I have ever had since 1999. Now I understand that this company is only concerned with what they can make off the patient not fulfilling in good faith the patients needs. I can only offer this advice, do not waist your time or sacrifice your dignity with these people. Just find another company to deal with.

I ordered a replacement right arm rest for my chair in February of this year (2025). I actually offered to meet their representative/repair tech at Moss Rehab in Elkins Park PA in order to expidite the (I thought) simple repair. They refused and insisted on a home visit. The next contact I received was in May by a service tech in my area while receiving hemo-dialysis. He told me to EXPECT a call from a customer service representative to reschedule a visit. I called the next day to schedule his return, and the first available date was in July. Today, I noticed that the front small wheel on my wheelchair is loose. I tried to schedule a repair for the wheel, but the customer service representative said that to order the parts needed would take 1 month at least. When I asked for a loaner wheelchair, another service representative said they have a very limited supply and none were available. She offered to put me on a waiting list with no guarantees on when a wheelchair would be available. I even asked to speak to a supervisor; she said she would send a message; again with no guarantee if or when I would receive a call/text/email from them. I am getting TIRED of being made to feel like a nuisance because I happen to be disabled. This company, in my experience, does NOT value their customers. No one was rude, their rules & customer service people just don't care.

Please read if you are an amputee, dialysis patient or care about someone who is!!…read more I made a mistake by assuming my current wheelchair vendor (National Seating & Mobility, Huntingdon Valley, PA) would maintain my custom wheelchair they manufactured. When they provided a loaner wheelchair to me (while they repaired my custom one) I mistakenly thought IF I had an issue with the loaner wheelchair, they would fix/replace it right away. I was wrong on both counts. My wheelchair broke on my way to dialysis yesterday (9/15/2025); the rubber tire came off. For those who don't know, propelling oneself on a metal rim is DIFFICULT & close to IMPOSSIBLE. National Seating and Mobility DID NOT want to send a replacement chair OR send a repair tech. I was forced to call their customer service center three times to get a live person (I left a voice mail with a finance supervisor) who could or would listen to/assist me with my predicament. One "customer service rep" literally told me to call the police for assistance because their company does not perform same day repairs. Let that marinate for a second..... I'm a double below-the-knee amputee- In dialysis- Without a working wheelchair. Their only response (after me leaving a voicemail & calling for the third time) was a long winded "sucks to be you dude".
