It took over 1 year for them to finally finish, and during the whole process was fed nothing but excuses, and sub par work. Everything was half done, and that half was done incorrectly. Every week there was some new employee here they hired, and that person had no idea where the last guy left off from the week before, and good luck getting a hold of the man in charge. You will be ignored for weeks on end until he sees fit to get back to you. Basically this is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with, and if I'm ever asked if I know of a company to refer, all I can say is. I definitely know of a company to never call! The monthly charges at this time is $135.00. I was on auto pay, noticed the pmt was higher, but contributed it to introductory pricing expiring. The email noticed I received were notifications of payment processing, and no invoice included..after talking to 6 people and 4 hrs on the phone I was told disputes were to be intimidated within 60 days as stated on my statements and nothing will be done. Please excuse me for trusting a company! At least 3 people told me my tv service is cancelled as of yesterday. When I called to cancel service. I was told the tv is still on my account! Prior to thie next call I received an email my invoice is $150 for internet services. I called to verify and was told I owed about $280 + a I have to pay for tv services I for TV service I have NEVER HAD, AUTHORIZED OR USED! I did talk to fraud dept.and was told no fraud, even tho I did not subscribe to tv. He did tell me I was sent emails re: tv and I checked previous emails about streaming tv, which I looked like solicitation to me. I checked my email account after we were "suddenly" disconnected. I am exploring my options with legal agencies. I'm sure I won't receive and refunds but maybe this won't happen to the next customer. PLEASE BEWARE of these thieves!!

On 5/29/2021 I went to a store to see if Boost had service where I live. The map showed I would…read morehave service and I purchased a renewed iPhone XR. When I got home the phone had no service. On 5/31/2021 I returned to the store thinking maybe I needed a 5G phone to get coverage where I live. The store didn't have any 5G phones so I was told to try the website and I returned the phone to the store for a refund. The price of the phone out the door with the first month of service was $221.64. The store only refunded me $123.61 when I returned it. I talked to several Boost employees via web chat and was told to go back and get the phone I returned and then call Boost corporate. I went back to the store later that day to get the phone back I returned and was told it had already been returned to the manufacture. The store employee was able to locate me another identical phone at there other store up the road and I drove there to get it. I was told I would have to pay another $221.64 and I was out the other $100 in taxes and fees. I asked for a corporate or district contact and was told they don't give that information out. I called back to the original store and was told they would let the district manager know and they might or might not call or text me. I've stopped in the store and called several times but can't get anyone to talk to me about my issue or get anyone from management to call me back. I would like the rest of my money returned. Per the stores request, I contacted Boost Customer Service at 1-866-402-7366 and was informed this store is not a Boost owned store and there is nothing they can do. They have no idea why the store would send me to them to handle their customer service issue. I've been trying to file a Better Business Bureau complaint but finding the actual name of the business that this store is registered as has been difficult. It's clearly not Boost Mobile corporate. The "VIP Retail" name on the receipt has been useless. The "VIP MANAGEMENT LLC 0AKRON OH" on my credit card statement has also been useless. What a nightmare this has been.

Despite already confirming receipt in writing, Spectrum continued to claim the equipment was not returned and refused to correct their records. Even worse, they refused to resolve the issue in writing, insisting on phone calls instead -- even though this is a simple correction on a closed account and already documented. I have now made four attempts to fix their error, provided all proof multiple times, and still have not received written confirmation that my account reflects a $0 balance. This should have been resolved immediately after they confirmed receipt. Instead, I had to file complaints with the BBB, FCC, and Ohio Attorney General. Because of this experience, I will not do business with Spectrum again. With 5G home internet providers and other alternatives widely available, there is no reason for customers to tolerate this kind of treatment. Completely unacceptable.
