Of course, I wouldn't have stayed with her for so long, if she wasn't! First off, (and really most importantly), Simone is truly a caring and thoughtful individual who always puts her clients first. She's not about "upselling" you or trying to "convince" you of additional services, she truly has your best interests at heart. She gives an honest assessment of your skin and advises you, using her years of experience as an esthetician. She worked for years with one of the largest beauty spas in the country, so she knows her stuff. I've had several facials with her over the years, and recently, my mother began seeing her. She commented that she gives the best facial she's ever had. And at 74, she's had a lot of facials over the years for comparison. As a waxer, she shines because she is extremely thorough, in making sure all your hair is removed properly. I rarely have ingrown hairs, but when I do, she takes care of them for me. I see her every 5 weeks for my Brazilian, arms, and sometimes armpits. Brazilians are notoriously painful if you wait too long, but Simone is great about making the process comfortable. My boyfriend also sees her for back waxing and is always happy with the results. Her place is beautiful and always spotless.
